32.15 to sell HL on dummy quote.
32.5p
Brel.. we had weeks of share churn before the last placing was announced. Iron could still be right in his *assumption* he’s not saying there IS one. I think people need to understand the difference between stating something as a fact. And sharing a point of view.
Not taking sides just trying to being fair to everyone.
Stas is 100% correct , we have a major find , it was not a stab in the dark as
many think
cuda 2019 WE HAVE identified 8 zones (still one more than copl have reported)
Wyoming Geo Soc, the Powder River Basin (PRB) hosts 18 known zones of which
13 have been placed into production.
2010 US press PRB excuse the pun , the PRB set to be the next big Frontier (lol) play
Was always going to be more oil and multiple reservoirs across our acreage, just no
one expected and elephant find to arrive so soon.
;))
Totally agree Wookiemonster. I spotted the RNS on the LSE website at 7am and bought in at 8am. I have no past experience with COPL and the RNS seemed like to good an opportunity to miss
32p paid
Noob67 , yes I do but I cannot deny I do have concerns.
Buys comin in at 31p, gone NT for £10.
Hold the fort, speak soon.
"I don't fully trust Art but even he wouldn't be that stupid to mislead the market on something this important. He would be opening himself up to potential civil action from investors and regulators."
Not necessarily, mistakes do happen, not saying they have here but their was a case with Desire Petroleum that announce an oil find for it to then turn out to be water! I remember it was a big thing at the time.

Yes Noob massive eye roll lol
I'm wondering if the announcement of our find has had any bearing on the value of the CUDA assets, if yes that that might be a reason why the company might need a placing, that would be bad form to have stumbled and announced a find before securing the assets.
If not this, then if a placing were to be used for an accelerated drill programme then this may not be considered bad news, in my mind placings are only bad when they are;
1. used for working capital expense, or
2. At a large discount to the prevailing price.
For sure though, I am not impressed with the trading here, for such a find we should be flying, we are not thus just logic tells me there is something not right I guess I am not the only one thinking this as many, if not most of the trades seem to be PI's.
They had months to test and measure the magnitude of this discovery. I don't fully trust Art but even he wouldn't be that stupid to mislead the market on something this important. He would be opening himself up to potential civil action from investors and regulators. This reminds me of when I was in GGP and got fed up and offloaded at 2p whereas a few months later it shot up to over 30p before retracing. I am staying put. FOMO will kick in before the CPR is released.
Longfell, funny you should use bipolar as a reference I have schizoaffective disorder, and this share price fluctuation doesn't even touch the sides with me.
Tand, Genuinely thought it was me that you were bashing after my last post, thought it was a little harsh until I read your next post hahaha
If you only base your decision on what’s been told to us via RNS then this is a screaming buy.
It’s only us who have weathered the storm that are uneasy and weary.
For new eyes this is a truly exceptional opportunity. Imo.
Brel to Ironsides credit, the few weeks before that there was actually a placing. And the fact we are locked and dropping with some strange trading patterns lately don’t entirely not rule out the possibility of a placing.
Equally we may be seeing continued offloading of previous placing.
I think iron is pointing out that it’s not completely out of the question rather than saying it’s true of happening.
I thought after we saw no late late trades we should build again but we are not. Strange when you consider that within weeks months we may be confirming one of the biggest oil finds on US soil in decades.
Bre-X lol
Joking aside though, it is no perfectly obvious that we are stuck at this price as the market does not trust what it has been told, I've not been here long enough to know the ins and outs or Art but for sure if the market 'believed' what he has told us then we would be at a higher price, can anyone answer does Art have form in getting things like this wrong?
that has never worked in the history of the market
have often over the decades , bought on on/near BID and sometimes below
same with ASK sold at near or even occasionally above.
When a share in vogue and the MM's playing to service bigger fish , prices go
out of the window, anything could be either.
The worlds markets label NOTHING , just print trades as they see them all as
both a buy and a sell, contract between two parties.
:))
As for the seller gone , we have been waiting a year for that to be YES
wish we all had a quid , for every time we thought it was the case lol
:((
HFB ignored the label, went with the share price
Could this be Bre -X mark 11 - LOL
where you get 3 to 1 bridge , every label a guess, on every share , every trade
every day
Previous conservative estimate on value was about £1.35 before discovery. We are struggling to stay in the 30s.
There must be a reason. If we can’t even reach not even fair value on Atomic assets how are we going to get fair value on 1.9bn barrels..
I guess we are looking at possibles and the market is only seeing and focusing on the strict reality of low production and unverified discovery.
When that changes the sp will change imo.
Increased production, CPR and hopefully new licences.
The decline is difficult to fathom with no delayed trades and buys outweighing sells 3v1. Pressure should build for a strong recovery here, then rerate.
Why MREX surely they are just another broker although looking at their spreads some are greedier and maybe hungrier for business than others. I note they are at 32p now, so based on your analysis the price is going to drop?
That'll be a top-up time then!
Tand
I guessed as such lol
