Leave Orion alone he has motives...way too much background chat about what he does or doesn’t do or believe. If I were him and I owned shares would I post this stuff or sell then post ... why post this here? Our market cap is teeny, might be for a while but seriously O for the last few months tin this tin that invest in a tin explorer. Gla. Ps FYI we don’t need change that’s already happening....more a replacement ...emoji hands out sideways...pps I might be wrong about you but you confuse me
Point taken Ken.
Lets see who is replacing Craig.... Might prove to just the Tonic we need... Any ideas... Care for a punt ?
So AGS and Paris... will be looking into them now....
Bitcoin. In the junior exploration space you need management with a track record and a project that is highly prospective for a mineral discovery. That was my objective. I did not just buy shares -I was the sole catalyst that made this company happen. I was relentless in urging Paul Johnson to assist me set up a new listing in the UK . He finally agreed and Cobra Resources plc was born. We then brought in Rolf Gerritson who did a great job and then Greg Han**** was introduced to us through a broker and he came on board.
We listed -we spent a whole year looking at projects -some I rejected outright and when Wudinna came along I was adamant it was the best project opportunity on offer. It's still a good project but in comparison to AGS it is low grade. We don't have a mineable resource - and like AGS the ore systems are disparate . We don't yet even have a small mineable economic ore body let alone a modest high grade as AGS are progressing at Wilcherry. Even AGS are struggling - a hell of a lot of drilling and nothing really exciting and their average grades are much -much higher than ours.
We should be focusing on trying to prove up a similar operation to AGS putting our exploration dollars into areas where we have high grade -not a huge grass roots program.
But having said that and even if I could be convinced they are on the right track we SHOULD be talking about tin -we should be focusing more on copper -even silver. Now it may well happen as cryptos are having a few bad days that gold is going to shine again but Cobra is not going to have any news in the gold space for at least a year - you don't find ore bodies with aircore programs. There is a lot of work to do now before we can expect anything exciting . The share price will drift -we need more projects - iron ore has been my recommendation or a gold project in a jurisdiction that is on investors radar screens. Like Karlawinda - or the Pilbara. South Australia is not cutting the mustard - They could do this but wont -wont get out their comfort zone.
They are putting the company into a hibernation period with boring geochemistry results -a few RC that might excite -an MD who has no interest in the company anymore and a Chairman wearing ten hats.
Fact is we need an ENTREPRENEUR on board -a promoter - a mine finder AND we need to get the story out there about TIN -about our proximity to Wilcherry -an emerging tin province - about our proximity to Paris and the SILVER. Have we ever heard about AGS -have we ever heard about the tin potential . Have we ever heard about the stunning Paris silver results - They are asleep at the wheel.
We need management that gets on the front foot and keeps shareholders informed - that highlights the potential of other commodities -not just gold. They are dead from the toes up - months without even a report to shareholders. It's time for change and URGENTLY .
Bit of a rant , that Ken.... Hey... If there is Tin... All good ..We will find it....
In fact I will bring it up with them directly...
Now , what have they ever found ??? In the right place and As you state you also had your first major find... Which is what we are expecting... And multiple finds like you...
Great news about the licence area... If that was down to you great move.... Good that its continuous
Re.. mining 50 years.... Disagree ... We need to meet our commitment for the 75% spend in ... Then we can speed up the process.
To me the schedule is just fine.... We got time...
When we do finish this next works schedule.... Would not be surprised if our JV partner takes centre stage...
You must like the area Ken or you would not be invested.... Just a little down on the SP and the work rate I suppose the seed of your rant ?
If you want out .... What price and how many ? I would consider taking your entire holding especially as you consider we have Tin potential...... ?
What are the better things... I always love a tip ?
Thanks for your post.. ATB
Some people are referring to management as professionals - give me strength !
These guys could not find a mine if their life depended on it - we are back to very basic grass roots exploration -will take years with the exploration program announced.
No mention of tin -as expected -- but at least they took my advice to acquire more ground.
I have a heap of discoveries to my name -what has Han**** or Moulton ever found !
I dare anyone to ask them why they won’t mention tin in the Q&A. I couldn't be bothered -I will exit at the first opportunity -better things out there than this dog.
You know why they won’t mention tin -because a prospector had to bring it to their attention and they have to admit they weren't on the ball. They advise no tin in historic analysis -and yet they have never used the right analytical method for coarse cassiterite -ever.
Wait until they HAVE to mention the tin potential which has a hundred times the potential to get this stock on investors radar screens than a gold resource that wont be mined for fifty years at the rate they conduct exploration.
