Uno I'm guessing you think I'm not serious investor, perhaps I should buy some more to prove myself.
Slippery1 Haha lol
"a serious investor"
Gold price is bouncing this morning, only a matter of time before Condor attracts volume and upside again IMO.
From a technical perspective the shares are now back in the buy zone, having hit 62p with the RSI an overbought 82, now it's in the mid 50's (neutral)
This has to be one of the more undervalued plays in the sector right now.
I was £2.5k up between Fri evening and Mon morning a couple of weeks back now down circa £127k
Slippery1 I really hope so, it’s been a long and painful decade or so for me and still deep in the red! I really thought we’d turned a corner at the recent high and I was not too far from break even!
Connect in the early days 09 thru 12 it was easy to make money as markets were in turmoil so a good chunk was purchased with profits elsewhere, so they're not as big as they may seem lol.
For what it's worth I believe those times are just around the corner again, people will over react to bad news sell on the early morning crash, buy then around 9 to 9.30 then sell mid afternoon when the price has recovered 15 to 20% before it dips again late pm.
Slippery1, I wish I was one share behind your collection, your cahonas must be as big as Geovanni’s, LOL! Ladies and gentlemen I’ve sat on the sidelines for many years before posting my 2 pennies worth. One if the things that’s impressed me on this BB hover the years is the quality and knowledge of the posters, as well as mutual respect even if we don’t all agree with a particular post. So in the interest of peace and goodwill to all, let’s not let this BB descend to the gutter. We’ve all got different opinions that not everyone will agree with, but so what they’re just opinions. FWIW I’m not as greedy as you ‘Slippery1’ as £3.00p would be fine for me;-) Anyway lecture over from me. ATB & GLA to all! Enjoy the rest of the weekend and let’s hope for a blue week.
CF it was a general statement not pointed at you, but you must get the dear all emails and you've seen them word for word on here.
All the delays CNR has had means that all bar 122k are now in my ISA.
My wish for the SP is £3 to £3.50 when we eventually get snapped up.
Wow Slippery, what a great collection of shares you've built up over the years. I wish I had that amount to invest here. I'm just over 6 figures. Never sold other than to move into an ISA.
I've only had several conversations over the past 1-2 years with MC even though I've been invested for nearly 10 years. I haven't copied and pasted any conversations with Mark on here.
AMC back in 2015.
I have had regular email conversations with MC since 2009 and only post info that relates to topics on the board rather than cut n pasting his emails as I get them.
Currently hold 635,000 shares so a serious investor unlike yourself I don't trade the ups and downs.
As previously posted my average is 59.6p so as they say I have plenty of skin in the game.
Actually, why the fcuk I am justifying myself to you......
Just admit it was a ludicrous guess slippy . people can get easily misled on bbs by overly optimistic posters . I accept info from cf because I know him to be a reliable poster . If you indeed had this information in January unlike any other posters here to my knowledge then apologies but your posting history doesnt suggest that you are the chosen one . Anyhow ,hopefully all is in hand and we are close to finalising .any guesses on time scale ;)
Slippery ,just out of interest what was the other share that multiplied twelve hundred per cent on the grant of permits ?
Seingred you are so predictable........... get bored of saying it but here goes, IT WAS A COMPARISON TO ANOTHER SHARE if the same happened to CNR
Yes my source was MC but his email in January specifically said NO DIRECT QUOTES that's why I posted it as I did, but now CF has revealed it was from MC it's now out I have not betrayed MC's trust and hopefully will continue to exchange dialogue with him.
None taken seingred. We're all in this together, some more than others. Some may have different views on our valuation and that's fine. It has been disheartening the duration it has taken but it is what it is. As most on here, the fundamentals are what is important and for the majority on here, we know what we've got. Let's just hope the rest of the market realise this and we are at the start of a bull market for gold coupled with good makro conditions as Ross beaty was pointing out. I am very excited to see what the next 6-12 months bring and I truly believe we are in the business end!
Good luck all holders.
Cheers c f , I have never criticised mc ,I believe he has generally done a good job but has been hamstrung somewhat by circumstance for a good few years until recently . The land deals being completed is a biggie imv and the successful completion would be a big step forward . I have never seen this stated in rns or presentation thats why I asked . No disrespect meant to you .cheers .
Seingred yes I agree, I wasn't suggesting that you shouldn't be able to ask the source of info posted. My message was in response to Slippery's in that *if* you don't believe CF you can always email MC and get it from the horses mouth.
Slippery ,I respect cf , he is a good poster that it is possible to have a constructive exchange with .you however predicted a share price of £3.98 on receipt of permits in 2018 . And Nero , it is true I can email mc .It is however perfectly acceptable to ask for the source of information given on a bb otherwise anybody could post completely misleading rubbish which happens all the time on share bb's .remember ,7-8 years ago our company was going to be bought next year for multi £s .
As I say I respect c f posting more than most on here .
He doesn't need to, email MC and he'll be happy to clarify to any genuine shareholder.
Might have said this well over a month ago cf.... but seingred won't accept your word on it
It was in an email. I mean, it's a pretty sensible thing to do when it comes to negotiating. Once you know what they are willing to accept, then you negotiate based on the size and knowledge of local land prices. MC is no fool. He'll be doing his best not to waste shareholders money. I see him as a very reasonable and sensible person. He won't want to get the government involved in pressurising the landowners unless it's a last resort.
Cf ,cheers .can you steer me to it .
Hi seingred, came from MC.
Cf , I havnt seen recent vid , when you say that all landowners have given a price they are willing to sell at long ago where does this come from as I have never seen this ? I suspect like you that the more pressing call is for land purchases hopefully . A deposit on plant will need to done well in advance ,new or old I imagine and further finance further down the line this year .
In regard to any legal process for land accumulation . I dont know that that would be a quick process .
As always ,if you believe in the project ,next week will probably give buying opportunities to buy at placing price .no warrants though sorry guys . But if you got placing shares but hold various warrants etc why not sell some shares and keep your warrants and see what gives .
Munch are you here to buy shares at the right price ? Personally I like middle thirties for some buys . A week ago people were talking £1 plus in no time so my intuition says lets have another buy opportunity first .
The company has purchased 3 important packages of land in the past 4 weeks. They were likely low on cash hence the raise last week.
As I mentioned, they continue to buy land. All landowners have given a price they are willing to sell at a long time ago and it's been a negotiation with our 4 lawyers and Mark overseeing the purchases. Either we were low on funds and needed cash, or this plant we have an eye on is getting closer. The plant they are interested in is not in the country. I didn't think there were any companies with a spare processing plant lying around.
