Well this share is in the dog house ain’t it, what is it gonna take to get this thing going a bit? Cheesed off with it…..again
Received mine today with ii.
HL paid this morning. Hopefully yours is with you or will be soon.
Thought this was getting paid out today.
Anyone know the process etc……?
This year is going to be BIG.
£2m transaction of 13:49 at 113p seems to have encouraged a jump up. I hope this means we've seen the last of the
Our maiden dividend is paid next Friday. Hopefully loyal investors will reinvest at these prices. I will be.
Nothing really the company can do if 2 big holders decide to dripfeed sells to fund other ventures.
Nothing wrong with the investment case imo, just need to be patient. You'll be able to tell they have stopped selling because we'll see some decent rises.
You can sell out if you're frustrated, you can try to time the market to get back in cheaper, or you can be patient and wait it out. PIs are always the last to know when big drops/ rises are going to happen, so the best weapon we have is patience. It's not easy to watch this drop 1% every day despite buybacks and Royde's purchases, but one day the share price will be 200p+ and I want to be sat on a big profit when it does.
You and me both, Deani0!
I thought these buybacks were meant to put a floor under the sp. This is obviously going to go sub £1.
Painful.
This must be one of the most unloved shares in the market. How far will it go before it wakes up. Doesn’t make sense but what does these days….. cheesed off with it all, moan over…
Yep, follow the money!
The size of trades indicates that unsavvy retail punters are selling at the bottom.
One sure thing - I am holding strong and accumulating.
Special sit, met Ben and Will few times, I have faith on the direction of travel and reported profitability for FY23 and after.
Rivaldo, thanks for that interesting info. Of course GoDaddy and Namecheap are high volume low value and very high churn. Hopefully on the next update we’ll have some figures on how sticky CNIC customers are. It was alluded to in the last update that they were very sticky.

DAIM, can I call you that as I can’t bring myself to address anyone as Daddy?
No, they don’t. This one seems to have a lineal look to it though, YTD, and it’s not progression.
Stocks don't tend to have linear progresion.
this is somewhat of a special sit as we have a new ceo with a new strat thus has to show to newbies that things have changed.
wait for it. we will close FY23 at ath.
Is it with this stock?? Bleeds out just about every day. Horrendous. Don’t know about 140, give me 120 and you won’t see me for dust.
Doesn't change the fact that our relentless seller(s) are still depressing the share price despite the buyback programme.
I've been invested here for 3 years and I still 'believe'. Something still not right though.
This conforts me in my stance that 2023 will be the year of re-rating for CNIC.
Insider with so much skin in the game know that the old CNIC under Ben is gone and that the future is bright.
CNIC has achieved critical mass which will lead to a sustained organic growth leaving management to prioritise capital allocation + shareholder return + maintain high margins & strong cash conversion.
Consensus is also massively low, leaving plenty of room for upside surprise.
Seems Royde keeps loading up into his Kestrel fund that he owns for tax efficient purposes. (Encouraging).
FY23 will see a rerating - I am strongly confident in this call.

I felt the same this morning. I was looking for something to cut, to use funds to add to other fallers. I have re read the last broker note from Zeus, and the IC articles, I shall not be selling CNIC. Although debt is high, the company is cash generative. I think it makes a good medium term investment, with plenty of upside. If a bid comes at £1.40 I would also be very happy (due to my first sentence).
It is hard to know why there would be selling at this level, again possibly due to my first sentence?
Excellent news last night as another validation of CNIC's reputation and quality.
In case anyone missed it:

"Network Services 3 is the latest iteration of the CCS's Network Services framework. The agreement will provide telecommunication services including Critical Domain Services to Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies. This includes Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education, and Devolved Administrations."
The relentless downward pressure can be frustrating, but unless the investment case changes then there is no need to do anything but sit tight and be patient.
Easier said than done, of course :)
Losing the will here.
Despite Rowde/Kestrel & buybacks, various ii's & others continue to sell into the market, today's reported sales v buys over 20-1 not unusual.
Have been here 3 years+ & having bought more on spikes, which at the time looked like momentum buys, I'm way underwater.
Clearly one or more big sellers still out there. I'd happily sell in to 140p bid, which I'm fairly is how this is going to finish.
