Not sure I would be active in trading a share that you see no long term future in - always high risk - I did it with Debenhams and knew that any moment the party might end - don't see CLP any where near this stage and as long as the suspension is a short one there be no need to get worried .. yet..
No.... I’ve been in here when suspended before and it’s never much fun . RKB may be right though and if this preludes a substantial re-rate then I will be very happy for lths. I was happy to ride the waves between 0.23 and 0.33 but personally I can’t see this one rising out of the ashes...but you never know.
But had your buy order been filled...........You'd have been happy as a pig in $hit right?....;-))
I’m very pleased not to be in right now Steve.
What you mean ltd is
Im so bitter i didnt get back in having reduced my buy limit ha ha.
The accounts are historical and for a period that ended many months ago. It’s inexcusable unless a deliberate move. In which case it may not be entirely legal.
linandy1 - in the August business update that paragraph referred to the interim results ending 30/06/2020. Today's RNS refers to the final accounts ending 31/12/2019 that should have been filed yesterday.
Hi Knigel think you will find at last business update it was mentioned right at the end ....no later than 30th oct
I know from the accounts I have been involved in that some companies are behind filing their results due to WFH and more disclosures required in the reports including on the impact of Covid-19. Not sure if this is relevant here but as others have said - this isn't the first time the company has gone into suspension due to not issuing final results by 30th September - it is just a shame the company did not give a heads up that this might happen!!
We knew results were going to be later as per last update! As such the Company will release its Interim Results no later than 30 October 2020.Couldnt our PR guy helped with end of year results as he dosnt seem to be v. busySorry i just cant help myselfFungus face needs a good kick up the backside and start to create some shareholder value here, maybe when you have a cosy chat with him next timmit you can relay how unhappy people are here
