@gaza.. I totally agree in regards to RKBeekeeper. just a shame we have trolls here that are spineless individuals, without morals or intelligent thoughts.
Best wishes schalf

Like I posted earlier. RKB is a legend.
Follow John Story's money and wait.
RKBeekeeper is a good friend. I spoke to him today! A brilliant guy to talk to!
So whoever has said anything to RKB should chill out and apologise.
If you want to make money then you want to hear what he has to say!
He has been in this stock for long time. Good to hear what he has to say!
Chriszzr - that's it...
I might have got there myself eventually... still using the abacus over here!
The accounts filed by CLP are consolidated group accounts
The liability of £36m in Brainspark are owed to group co
Therefore in consolidated accounts they are eliminated, balanced by the reduction asset in CLP debtors
I imagine that there is a really simple explanation... I just don't know what it is... this is where you need the Bee Keeper chap to fill in the gap...
Reading the December 2019 accounts of both Brain Spark Associates and Clear Leisure you can see that BSA has been consolidated 100% with CLP, which makes sense as it is a whole owned subsidiary.
The gap that is missing for me is that BSA had net liabilities of 36m Euro as at 31 Dec 2019, however at the same date it was consolidated with into CLP financial statements with net liabilities of just 669k... see page 46 of the CLP 2019 Financial Statements.
I can't see that this is explained anywhere in the Financials of CLP... although there must be a reason...
Both companies were audited by the same auditor and 36m is a very material amount, so I am surprised that there isn't a specific note in regard to this, unless i have missed it?
Well said. Is he Johnny bad in disguise.
He will be happy now. Selling cloudy beer with loads of froth to idiots sat outside freezing.
It’s everything to do with trolls like yourself!!
He has still a major holding here which says everything ,just a shame that he’s not posting as I found his input outstanding.
I would filter but love seeing somebody go from bad to worse through jealousy and misunderstanding.
To all the sane LTH ‘s best of luck for a brighter future.
Dave
do you think you can just close a subsidiary with that kind of liability while you keep a a parent? My word!
If so why have they not done it. Why is BrainS still active. I wold love to be proved wrong so i can increase.

Open PDF and see page 3. 2.2 will give you all the info.
RKB would have known all this. If CLP is not associated with Brainspark today, i will increase. As it is i will let my free float run. Now people know why RKB does not post here any more. It's nothing to do with trolls.
iPhone. We are all entitled to our views but if anyone who has taken the time and trouble to read the postings of RKB, like I have cannot be in any doubt that RKB, knows a lot more than most about FG and the ins and outs of CLP..Of courseRKB could be spouting BS...However, I have communicated with him on Twitter and I personally believe he knows far more than he lets on and if anyone with an ounce of brain cells reads his words and the message between his lines and his ability to actually write clearly what he knows { because he is limited by what he can write}, you would be in no doubt whatsoever where CLP is going under the stewardship of FG.Yes, there will. Eva dilution to our holdings but the incentives coming from that dilution makes CLP an exciting and strong hold .You should therefore stop writing (the following word is written backwards) utter
T~I-H-S-L-L-U-B.Hold .LP
Iphonetrader: I’ve pointed out those liabilities before on this board and usually get a cursory dismissal as apparently I’m only ever concerned with engineering a good entry point .
I don’t know how they are all tied up, but they are definitely there and FG was still a director when I last looked .
Masksnewnorm the placing rns stated JS has also been granted warrants for 100m.
Don't trust anyone but yourself. Do your own research.
Ask RKB who will pay for liabilities held by brainspark associated limited which clp is parent company. Someone pointed it out and i checked it. Clp used to be called brainspark associated limited and it has a liability, some £36m not assets. Brain spark is listed as a small company so you cannot get detailed info on their finances. However, they do state without funds from clp they would not survive. John Story may know better as well as well as RKB but what's in public does not make impressive reading. If this company is to survive they must make their next venture work. They've not got time to mess about with such liability. DYOR
Wondering if they could be involved in Coinbase or XRP ?!?
John story committing another £2m here

RKB still holds I follow him on Twitter
hard to reconcile all the delayed prints and it seems like typically anything over 250,000 gets delayed
John Story knows the "story" here and he's backing it big time,in a sense, thats good enough for me,but there is so much more to go for here
Sit back, derisk as appropriate and enjoy the ride
Maybe there will be a US listing to bring further attention.US market loves crypto and AI plays

RKB has done his ground work, met FG several times and is well connected.
you have lost a good source of info, thankfully we are friends.
Because he has been in it for years and has committed many hours studying and also visiting the directors
If the trolls had listened to him they could have been sitting on 1000% profit before the first rns today
GLA
I think RKBkeeper has sold out.
While he was telling us all he will sell at 4.70 he was selling at 3.70. ADVFN chat shows the man has been stuck in this for years. I think he should apologies to you all. #digdeep
I know he is expecting a massive rerate.
How does RKB know so much about the company is he a major holder also?
thats a decent pot of honey
wonderful and sorry for off topic
I have lots of processes to trust
