Anybody got the link to the AGM?
Never put all your eggs in one basket, it's by far better to hedge with other investments, that way other investments can potentially soak up the losses and gives you the option to cut your losses or even top up at a low... I lost big here but was on a free run due to other hedges...
Here's the thing and I'm talking from experience, when you sell your shares the mm's buy them at a low and then immediately spike the price to offload them and then it returns to where it was.. I've watched them do it many times, unfortunately the mm's have this as their plaything.. and for the record I made a big loss here.. I hope it all works out here, and it just might do? Atb
Hi Yannis, Nothing surprises me with this company at all. I feel they are intentionally evasive and try to make things as vague as unclear as possible to deter shareholders getting hold of the right information. Its something people do when they are acting rather 'shady' and want to hide things from people. I toll will dig a bit deeper today and see if i can find anything
Yes CONFU I remember you too, from a few years ago and completely hear what you are saying. I have very little confidence but am stuck here and have no choice until a spike occurs. Yes I remember the infamous 'BRIDGES' all too well and there is no doubt he suckered in so many naive mugs like me. Lessons learnt I guess but it has certainly been a painful lesson.
Morning Pauly, I cannot find any details which is strange considering the AGM is tomorrow.
Hi Yannis, I will email the BOD today and ask them if it is on Zoom. I doubt it but you never know.
Pauly, the AGM is on Wednesday at 11:00AM - is their a link to the meeting? Is it via zoom?
Pauly, you are looking for a glimmer of hope, there simply isn't any. No reputable country or company would have anything to do with this lot. There's some decent people on here but there are also some scheeming *******s . Theres some with close connections to 162 Clontarf Rd who change their aliases every now and again. Remember "Bridges". Any snippets of "News" will be carefully crafted to give the impression that "something" is about to happen. Its not.
Yanis there are so many disgraceful acts committed by the BOD . I am so pleased that people on another board have written a letter to the Board of PET (linked to CLON) about shareholder concerns
Despite being so frustrated I hope that there is an opportunity for another spike and will be hoping for some positive news at the AGM this week.
This will be very very important as they will have to be more transparent than last time. We need an accurate and true picture of where all these many ‘negotiations’ are at the moment.
We were supposed to hear news about Nigeria weeks ago (according to some people posting here), we are awaiting a TR1 update, we are waiting for news on Bolivia and Ghana.
If the AGM is just as vague and ridiculous as the last one then we are in serious trouble. The fact that this company has funds for awhile means little as we shareholders don’t see any of it.
Hardy, thanks, found it.

DTR 5.1.3 item (4) - states 5%.
Disgraceful though … now we never know when they cleared out.
I thought Institutional Investors didn’t have to notify once they drop below 5%?
Try asking the board but I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for an answer.
Monecor appears to be late filing a TR-1.
Last TR-1 was filed on the 24th May and in that they indicated a holding of 41.9 million shares (4.808%) as of 21 May.
Since then we traded (excluding after hour trades) in excess of 350 million shares.
Monecor only needs to sell 7.8 million shares to drop below 4% and be required to file another TR-1.
Has anybody got an explanation for them that justifies them not having to file a TR-1?
