Will be given in March and so not a long time before this starts to rerate....I would love something to come out from our JV partner on this in the US although I wouldn't have thought David would have gone through all this without a very good idea that this works on the samples that were shipping to the US test plant.
Yesterday he was very bullish and said a lot which he was not able to say freely before as the Bolivians had a very restrictive NDA on him and every time I E Mailed him about PR etc he always pointed out sensitivity issues with the people he was dealing with in Bolivia - it seems as now that restriction is not there......
This bit of RNS is very striking
“..Over recent weeks we have been approached by potential funders from London and the USA. Given the accelerating progress we consider it wise to accept sufficient cash now to illustrate our financial capacity for the next phase.
Your directors are reluctant to dilute at a low share price in challenging stock markets, but the potential prize is too rich to put in jeopardy."
Amers - Is it necessary for you to be offensive to other users just because you don't agree with their opinion. Are you that insecure?
Folks slated Cpx Friday ,still made 212 percent plus 65 percent Monday ,bargain times
They have raised shares already taken for fundraising
Read the RNS, listen to the interview, one investor stumped up the 400k in one hit to fund this quickly!!!
They will have sold what they wanted to by now and retained the balance if they believe in the venture!!!
This is no P & D, those are engineered by small investors looking for a quick buck following spurious stories doing the rounds!!
Volume too for that here now.
We will know soon enough.
Mr T
your a bad **** talker mate , clontarf is golden
This is being pumped by the usual pump-and-dump crews. Stay away, or you will be left holding the bag!
Back to placing price 0.33p by Friday. Don't get sucked into P&D!
And share price up 15%
L live in Clontarf Qld Australia so l thought l would pick up 900000 shares because of the name could this be the biggest fluke of all time from what lm reading it just might be . Let's make some everyone
Blue
Chitta I do hope this comes good for you and Pauly, who have been here for many many years and all lth's
All lets not count our chickens, until they are hatched
There does seem to be a clear path ahead here...The bolivians and clontarf are on good terms and have a history of interaction. The technology once proved and adopted could open the doors to other jurisdictions and if mr Horgan is to be believed we are in talks with offtakers and the EU could provide much needed funding for infastructure..
There seems to be more in our favour than not so a nice run up to august could give a good sp foundation to bounce off given good news.
Risk/reward here for a £2m market cap company is insane. Only days to find out if we’ve hit the jackpot.
That now the placing is done people will see the opportunity here - it will be huge if they get it right!!!
Article is from today:
Bolivia’s state lithium company YLB authorized 25 companies to continue in the process to develop pilot projects for production of the metal and other resources in seven salt flats.
In total, 38 companies had expressed interest in the process launched in January.
“Let it be clear that we’re working with the most legally serious companies. Twenty-five companies moved on to the second phase and in the coming days the information exchange agreements will be signed, which will be mainly technical,” YLB’s president Karla Calderón said in a television interview.
Calderón added that the companies were authorized after verifying compliance with administrative and legal requirements established in the call.
In the second stage, qualified companies must present their proposals and prove their technical and financial capacity to carry out the proposed pilot projects.
In the third phase, the YLB evaluation commission will analyze the proposals and issue reports on the companies’ suitability to sign agreements with the state firm. YLB plans to sign the agreements on August 6.
The objective of the pilots is to test technology for the subsequent development of industrial plants.
In January, YLB signed an agreement with Chinese consortium CBC – made up of CATL, BRUNP and CMOC – to develop a pilot lithium carbonate production plant in the Uyuni salt flat.
The plant, which will require estimated investment of US$90mn, will have initial capacity of 2,500t/y. It will use direct extraction technology and the aim is to develop it into an industrial plant with capacity of 25,000t/y.
Last year, the state company also signed an agreement with CBC and Russian company Uranium One to carry out pilot tests with brines from the Uyuni and Pastos Grandes salt flats in Potosí and Coipasa in Oruro.
If someone could copy and paste it that would be great.

If people want to build a position, they’ve only got ‘days’ left before the next rns is likely to drop. If we get approval from the Bolivians, you won’t be able to buy anywhere near the current share price. And if we do get approval, expect the rns to be issued straight away.
The interview is fantastic and informative. We have needed an in-depth interview from David for a long time. This was great it set out in far more detail the current extremely positive position. I think it will prompt many previously unsure investors to build a position here as quickly as they can before the next RNS..
Always a drop following a placing if the price is significantly lower than the prevailing sp. Very rare does it not, on the other hand if my memory serves me well Clon did a placing at above the prevailing sp a year or so ago.
Anyway all sounds positive, I would be more positive if the placing had been over the current sp!!! The current sp is ridiculous but as I refered to before, the AIM market is currently out of favour, big time.
The spread has narrowed here dramatically so if the volume is maintained I can see this going on a run prior to the next RNS which by all accounts could be the biggie!!!!
We have been here before though, so not too excited for now but it's the first time for an age I have re engaged with any stocks on AIM. Only this and BZT hold any interest for me now.
Mr T
Fair play to DH, he’s up for this. Still annoyed with the drop today….looks like it’s temporary.
You can see how much these Bolivian lithium salt lake licenses are worth…We could really go nuts on approval this month…
https://www.mining-technology.com/news/ylb-lithium-russian-chinese/
And Chinese battery firms are already investing BILLIONS of dollars into Bolivian lithium salt lakes. We won’t be valued at £2m if we get official approval this week lol.

The latest agreement adds to a previous deal with Bolivian state-owned lithium company in January 2023, when CBC agreed to invest more than $1 billion to start processing Bolivian lithium with the installation of two industrial direct lithium extraction (DLE) plants.
The second agreement provides for a further $90 million investment and expands CBC’s participation in the emerging lithium industry in Bolivia, which is home to the Uyuni salt flat, one of the largest lithium reserves.
