The questions I want answers to are as follows
Why did Algy really step down?
Why dilute the shares so heavily potentially years ahead of requiring the funds effectively handing over control to the major shareholders
Why did MS buy Algy’s options at a premium to prevailing prices at the time?
Why employ the new CFO?
Who is actually running this company Algy MS or GS
This is the reason why the shares are where they are today and if A1 is proved correct I will be asking for an investigation
I
A shareholder any shareholder are entitled to ask pertinent questions, not of confidential or of a sensitive nature. Directors can answer in an open way without divulging market sensitive information. Have seen it happen elsewhere when issues or rumours circulate and CEO's have been courteous and reply promptly if only a holding mail ( away, on holiday etc).
To have NO acknowledgement is, imo, pure arrogance and not acceptable..
I am sure they will
No, but they could at least reply along those lines.....
Bad
There is no way that the company can divulge any snippets of information to you
What we should however expect is for the directors to be working in the interests of all their shareholders
#wedontcount lol
Nope, nothing. this is what i sent, dont think it is rude or blunt etc. I wasnt expecting any concrete answers, just pointers etc,
Hi,
I am a long term investor, but i have to say im starting to lose a little faith, with how the news feed and progress of the company is unfolding.
We have been told that the Dewar farm out is progressing. Does this mean we are near a potential suitor ? When do you expect the award of new liences happening. Have we got a good chance of success ?
I know you cant give any news to a private investor but some hints or snippets of news will help. I know patience is key, but good news has been a long time coming recently.
Many thanks,
BadA, not even an automated reply? That is disgraceful and needs to be noted.
are getting near to our lowest price of the last 3 1/2 years here. They really ned to start doing something., as in release some positive news, even if its just to say things are progressing along. I suspect they are all on holiday though. I did email but no reply.
