"For more than 50 cancers, it detected them with almost 41 per cent accuracy at stage one to three. There are four stages of cancer, with stage four the latest, at which most cancers are terminal.
But the test performed better for 12 cancers whose tumours tend to release higher amounts of abnormal DNA into the blood and which tend to have lower survival rates, including bladder, bowel, stomach, liver, lung, gullet and pancreatic.
The accuracy for this group was 67.6 per cent at stages one to three, with the test better at finding cancers at a later stage."
Hypermarlin - a bit of a google will help you here - suggest trying bould opportunities antos lse as your search term - should shed enough light for you, rather too long a story to type in here I think
We know Antos did not exercise his warrants - the original RNS stated that the “Ordinary Shares in issue will be 253,447,788” which if you do the maths excludes his warrants so he sat at 1.55% and whether he sold from there we’ll likely never know
Hi Countingcards Yes, that's correct. I was using the numbers from the prospectus, which includes the warrants, as they are included in the 4.42% stated holding. Without the warrants, this would bring him back to 1.55% as you say. The issue i have is that despite a request to clarify the holding position, and whether the warrants were taken up, the BOD have not given any clarity on it. However, as i posted some time back, and as you correctly say, there should have been a TR1, which would have cleared it up conclusively. Not that it matters in the grand scheme of things, but it just throws the numbers out a bit when trying to work out who is increasing/decreasing holdings. Neil
Antos held 1966244949 prior as Bould. After consolidation of 500-1, the holding changed to 3932489. Given there were 253,447,788 new shares under Cizzle, that would give AG a new holding of 1.55% (without warrant conversion). There would therefore be no need for declaration as it falls below the new 3% threshold.
I would expect you will do the calculations yourself and confirm that what is said here is correct?
I thought it correct to post this, so as to prevent mass confusion and worries etc.
That's interesting. According to the register of significant shareholders updated on 7th June , there are a number of changes to holdings declared. Antos Glogowski, our largest individual investor, does not even appear! previously holding 4.42% Did he sell? Where is the TR1? I have raised a query on this. Yorkshire Cancer research - no change Finance Yorkshire Seedcorn Fund - no change Hargreaves Lansdown - below 3% as i posted previously, now not showing. Dr Dawn Coverley - no change University of Sheffield - no change University of Leeds - no change University of York - no change Rose Noble ltd - previously holding 5.82%, now not listed, so at least below 3% if not out completely. Where is the TR1? Bank of New York Nominees - new holder with 6.92% Roy Nominees - new holder with 6% Jim Nominees - new holder with 18.38%
The 6% drop today is totally disconnected from the share price. A few thousand quid in trades does not equate to wiping almost £1/2 million of the MCAP. However, i believe this was more affected by the late published trade tonight from yesterday. An apparent sell of 530,838 shares yesterday. That's what subdued today's good news in my opinion. Wideglide/JohnnyFunerals, - currently sitting on a bigger loss, but you know where my opinion lies. Just to be clear to all though - only my own opinion. Neil
Never would it make me feel better that someone else is holding a larger loss.... There is no comfort in someone else's misfortune. I hope that we all succeed with all our investments. This just feels like one of those when even positive news comes we still get kicked where it hurts... All the best to you and everyone!!!
If it makes you feel any better , after today I’m 9.6 k down on a 13 k investment 4 k of that I stupidly bought in the first hour of opening and got in at 11 something thinking it was the start of something big. Guess we just have to wait and see what happen but like many will sell when they break even so I guess until that’s all over which I reckon will be around mid 20’s it’s going to be a rough ride.
In Bould Opportunities, I saw an investment opportunity and bought some shares. Only £1300 but hey ho, not to be sniffed at. After months of seemingly nothing and fearing that the investment was lost -- Boom! we are back in the game. 500 - 1 share dilution - I now hold only 9000 shares in the newly relisted Cizzle Biotech. But optimism abounds, we list at 10p a share..... Immediately there is enthusiasm to hold, hey we been good at waiting so whats a bit more.... But the market doesnt like the 10p share price and down we go.... But the longer term viewpoint suggests hold on.... Then todays RNS, whilst nothing concrete, is well received, good news, and initially a 10% rise.... As the day unfolds, we drop, to a daily loss of another 6%. My initial investment into a 'Bould Opportunity' now stands at a very sorry for itself 50%..... Listen, its not huge money, I was never going to make shed loads on a £1300 investment, but blimey, this is a hard watch. Anyone got any words of encouragement....? - Dont all rush now!!!
