Monday sellers won't be able to execute fast enough hedge funds shorting will execute their orders faster
Interesting point from the link I just shared:
“ For some off-book trades, there is no official record kept at all. The drawback of this, is that off-book trading is often used by individuals looking to conceal their behaviour from others.
The lack of official regulation can also be a cause for concern, as there is no obligation for either party to report the trade to an exchange or publicise the orders to a governing body. And even when off-book trades are reported, so that they are executed ‘on exchange’, the process can be time consuming and experience significant delays. This is because the exchange doesn’t have to record the trade immediately.”
I not trying to raise hope for those of us who are long but is it possible the seller reported but the buyer did not?
I do agree with that boix
I tend to agree with Boix. Off book trades need a buyer as well as a seller and not always reported as we would expect from a “normal” buy or sell as we see in the exchange. Whether this is bad, good or neutral news I’ve no idea. Please correct me if I’m wrong but that’s how I see what happened on Friday: https://www.ig.com/uk/glossary-trading-terms/off-book-definition#information-banner-dismiss
Because it is not ordinary , look at the volume from the past days see the difference. It s an unusually high volume compared to the trend set in the last days.
Saihaj its called a dead cat bounce. At the same time rolls royce it £4, BP hit high levels etc. Now its reality time.....
Let’s not forget, CINE managed to hit around the £1 mark while all operations were halted during the first lockdown so as we now have Regal open therefore it’s not all negative outlook.
More importantly during the first lockdown covid vaccines were not in advanced stages, scientists have made massive progress so hold tight when the biggest news of the year i.e. ‘Covid vaccine has been approved’ hits to the media.
Depends how you look at it, in terms of covid if you look at France and Spain there has been a massive reduction in the number of people dieing per case, even taking into account the 3 week lag. However rather than less people dieing per case, it's more the fact that in the spring there was probably around 100,000 to 200,000 cases a day which those deaths were responding to. If these countries get through the next few weeks without a proper shutdown it will show immunity is greater than we all think, as there are less people around to infect.
Unfortunately i can see a big drop comming aswell but let s see. Cine has been very unpredictable since coronavirus. I still believe longterm is a great investment but short term for me it is a tricky one.
For all the fools out there that think this is going to be at £1 best wake up. Cause a Bear Drop is comming and it not going to be soft one
Just like someone mentioned mine exit point was 50p too (49p to be exact) it just kept bouncing and eventually broke. I been my stock sink from 68p all the way. Lost hope at 49p. Now it touched 45p.
It a easy slide down from here. 20p is the price target for the shorter. It will easily be there on Thursday. Very easily.
It is sad someone is shorting this stock and not supporting. But it is business.
