You should be enjoying the sun like the rest of us. Lots of films out there right now to watch and that is only going to grow.
For some reason Dragon Slayer seems really popular. Yes Godzilla v Kong, Mortal Kombat and I've even seem capacity full on Tom and Jerry.
I think we'll do more than alright and confidence seems far higher than last time and will only build further.
Have a grand weekend.
This weekends box office results may well see movement up of the SP next week. When Mortal combat pulls in figures similar to Godzilla vs King Kong. Shorts are betting longterm. They will hold till their margins close or a takeover is in the offing. They will ride out the losses for as long as they can. There other issue is buying enough shares to close their positions. Low volumes for last few weeks make this impossible.
LPD. You're just getting better. Imagine how good you'll be this time next year?
When we get to £2.00 they will still be sat close to 7.2%. They are a bit like Directors holdings but in reverse. If Directors buy its a vote of confidence and sells are viewed negatively. Same with short positions to start to close them up boosts confidence and sentiment and makes it more difficult for the others.
It's a myopic view though to concentrate on these for there can be many sat there with less than 0.5% that can close up daily and that fly under the radar and that you never know about.
Just as there can be numerous holdings sat at just under 3% and not triggering any thresholds for notification, so again flying under the radar.
PI's buying shares are peanut £££.
It's the shorts closing that will kick us up.
Every 1% close on shorts was worth minimum 10p on SP. Also funds buying in will help.
Doesn't look like any short positions have reduced since 22nd February only increases in March and April
Thanks Matstar.
That's the key for us.
1.why still open on shorts
2. When will they close
Pretty basic but my close Lse pals need it simple.
Shorts still sitting at 7.2%
Good point Small Trader.
Wonder how the shorts are going? Anyone know the latest figures pls?
Looks like some have missed or forgotten about the director purchase last week. That purchase is a vote of confidence to me.
