Ivestroid, we can turn our attention to AMC the largest cinema chain in the United States. Todays price drop is proving to be difficult for them as well. NYSE: AMC is down 7.51%.
This doesn't bode well for the US cinema market if AMC are performing poorly. I think there is more bad news to come tomorrow as Boris is about to state difficult measures to come.
@Mark44085
It's not Trump you should be worrying about, it is Studios. Without movies to show, it would actually be advantageous for Cinema sites to be closed instead of being open and running at a loss.
@mark_rs
Yep, I keep mentioning that. CINE have 9,500 screens in 11 countries with 1,000 screens in the UK.
And Trump won´t do a national lockdown in the US. He doesn´t even think there is a virus !
I thought it would have dropped more tbh I'm deep in the red but Cine is holding stronger than some, with results coming Thursday I will not be selling. Shorters my shares are not leaving my account.
Shorters need not reply as I will only see green lol other replies welcome.
Come on Cine

Just remember we are not really a U.K. based firm... yes we take a bit from U.K. noise but most of the business is done in the USA which is taken a different approach to the U.K. and is getting better every week
yep, I have a little money in Premier Oil - down 8% as I write this
Lloyds down 6%
This ain´t a CINE problem regardless of what is written on this board
It’s interesting that other markets have been hit harder than Cine.... could this be a sign that the Cine share is holding a little stronger than others because results on Thursday won’t be as severe as expected and there could be a small spike end of the week?
Why has the fire sale started today?
