News could be any time . Dont sell your shares and big bounce comming soon
If Cineworld fails to meet its terms, then the loans get recalled. Debt for equity would never be in the agreement, as the lenders would not benefit and lose all their investment. Thank god you are not a lender or you would go bankrupt.
Your name is so bad I can’t bring myself to say it sun cream
Have you thought about your post; it contradicts what you are trying to say you complete dingbat!

Dream.......Is this the CINE board??????
A few of us might need to pop over to the CINE board over the next few days to help you find your way back there, to set to countdown to the CINE debt restructure which is pretty much 100% nailed on as they breach their debt covenants and the banks demand a debt for equity resulting in total shareholder wipe out for anyone holding CINE shares.
I'll be there tomorrow:-))))
I see CINE fell 65% the last time I pointed out some home truths over there
Certainly no ramps for CINE.
I reckon a few more from across LSE might pop in to say hello on the CINE bb also. :-))))"
Just another sad little individual attempting to get kicks out of trying to stir nonsense on online BB's
Feel sorry for these poor souls ultimately.
Except share price too low for this. Would need another one and a half billion new shares. Market will not buy into this. This is a non-runner.
Even if the share price was higher, would still be other options taken first. People who keep saying this are scare mongers with an ulterior motive. If this was the case, Morgan Stanley would not top up their holdings in this company and swap B stocks for A Stocks. All the funds would sell out fast.
If this was likely to happen, it would have already happen.
I never see anyone who posts this give any reasoning about the likelihood. If you want to start a debate, back it up with evidence.
I expect some cinemas to locations to close up shop, and I'm also expecting job losses. They will do everything they can to minimise cash burn while there is no income. I think cine will be given a lifeline up to easter until we know where we stand with the vaccine. So yes, i am optimistic, but also cautious.
I agree with the debt restructuring, that is the primary news we are all waiting for and as long as it works out to CINE's advantage the rest is related to opening up shop again which will come once the sentiment changes with an approved vaccine and subsequently the easing out transition from the lockdowns.
