We can see that Adam is much more confident than prior interviews ;)
Cheers Sammy, that's the one :-)
There was a very upbeat interview over the weekend also with AMC chairman on the NY cinemas reopening, the demand there and the flow of movies coming through.
Forgot to copy link and can't seem to see it now other than as part of a third party longer clip.
This share is definitely a roller coaster! The economy is beginning to open up and its only a matter of time before we are all back in cinemas eating popcorn celebrating! Seems a lot of the lths must have sold out last week, great to see some new names around here now though!
Morning Westwood. Fair point. LPD used to say this at 6070p days that we're 10p behind where we should be. I agreed. I feel the same here now.
Obviously it will come. One surprise for me was the SP going to 114p before drop whereas, during the winter, we all felt sells would trigger at 99/100p. Either way, all positive.
Considering we are still closed and taking no revenue anything over a £1 is a bonus. Expecting a reopen rns soon if usa vaccinations continue positively which should give us the nudge upwards. Until then ride the waves
Apologies, have been sidetracked this morning, just sitting back and watching the sp slowly rise now. The derampers are beginning to show I see lately. This still has an upward trajectory despite the USA markets trying to drag us down! Hold strong people!
Add in 2 new demographics - one there are kids out there who have grown up during the last year or so and never NEVER seen a film on a big screen. They are going to want to go.
So too many kids / young adults who have had to settle for watching big movies on the small screen - they are going to want to see them again on the BIG SCREEN.
Nice article. Not been posted. This is Westwood territory usually.
Westwood: Whats going on? How come we're not receiving the latest news from you??!! Hmm
Not sure if this has been posted or not:
