Definitely heading in the "right" direction imho.
I think we can all but wish for a sub 70p top up. Doubt there will be many sellers and probably far more buyers now. It's not just Bond there was a really good demolition job on Friday in court and Mooky certainly seems unconcerned.
To rival Avengers Endgame in an opening weekend would be off the park.
Definitely heading in the the direction imho.
Not going to put a number on it myself.
Time to look back will be January and after the Q4 film slate.
I think it will open at 69p then drop down and then shoot up and close 75p +++
You how this works with the brookers they make you think it will drop and then it pops higher
Should be a £1 some time really soon
JG68 will it rescue the s.p north by more then 25% I'm PERSONALLY not convinced , will it bring some much needed cash in the tills , absolutly.
It will be intresting to see how well it acctually does , some think more then a billion others don't, let's hope it does,
but let's remember cineworld clearly see it as a huge deal , to the point they were happy to shut the cinemas for a number of months based on the delay of that film.
I'm more excited about a strong quarter and then seeing how the finances has effected the company in the next financial results and while I expect bond to drive the s.p imagine what a really strong results will do.
That's another one of the showings on my barometer cinema just Sold Out. Never seen the likes of this. It's looking like Morning matinees on this one after tomorrow for the opening weekend or travel and find another cinema with spaces. Or it's the following week....
Definitely approaching 90p this week I feel. Seen lots of large buys from experienced investors, feeling cine is on the comeback.
Plumber
Thanks for that mate.
Handy to know what it could add to the bottom line in the UK, but don't forget that approximately 70% of our business (68%) comes through our Regal cinemas brand in the US and another 14% comes from our cinemas in Europe (Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Channel Islands and Israel.
It's Marvels next release - "Venom - Let there be Carnage" released in the USA this weekend from 1 October. You can contemplate the totality of numbers for yourself.
Then No Time To Die hits US screens on the 8th October.
Some good promo's on our Regal cinemas website on Unlimited and opportunity to win a motorcycle.

Rest of the World brand is Cinema City. example chosen - Bulgaria.

that is for the benefit of the individual or individuals who were earlier saying they were researching or not in yet but keeping an eye on Cine.
Where's Bill and Ben, the flower pot men?
Welcome back Robin :-) "phew" bring the fun back.....haha.
JG68 spectre and skyfall made around £100m in the U.K. box office and cineworld have roughly 25% market share including picture house plus food etc could be talking £50m? Also odeon ceo said that 40% hadn’t been to see a film this year so could tempt more return customers from that group
I’m saying 80+
Not sure if you can see the link below but film studios are planning £250m blitz to promote films. This is great news for us.

Hey Robin, have a good week crazy cat , speak soon
Does anyone know what sort of financial revenue impact Bond on its own is likely to have on CINE, UK wise only ?
Bonxy. Civy Street soon. Late 70s finish sounds realistic. Chat Friday Tiger... Xx
Ps.where are the party boys. Serious board this.
Remember days of Felani, Anna Freil and Jimmy Saville??!!!
Folks, Bond is everywhere at the minute. An advert has just popped up again in the middle of the Grand Prix highlights.
On the tracking front, since Bond interviewed on the ITV Evening news last night (link below) I have watched 3 further showings sell out on my barometer cinema and there are about 6 more showings that are going to go the same way in the next day or two.
I will be very surprised if this cinema is not fully booked from Thursday all the way through to Sunday inclusive. The next week is also filling up very quickly.
My opinion is that those "walk ins" try to find a seat at the showing they wish stand a high chance of disappointment.
dyor.

Mountainous if my post came across as sympathy seeking it genuinly wasn't, I would never of mentioned it had Robin not posted.
But for what it's worth I genuinly appreciate the message especially after today. She's quite bad due to asthma but symptoms as you would expect, no more needs to be mentioned here regarding her , its a s.p thread and will stay that way
In terms of sp movement, I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw 80p this week.
We just really need to hope that we can keep the momentum going, I hope to buy some more shares tomorrow so I’ll be playing my part :D
Hope your daughter gets well soon Bonkers, all the best :)
If my memory serves me well, previous Cineworld articles in the Sunday Times have coincided with large share price movements the following week, in both directions I hasten to add depending on the content. Today’s article is clearly positive so hopefully history will repeat itself.
I’ll go for 77p
Robin you out of hospital , hope all is well , my 12 year old daughter has had covid last 3 days and not in the greatest state , is a eye opener that health is the most important thing
Reppyrr, my own prediction is yes 80p by Friday, and by November I reckon 1.20 when they start to announce the revenue from Bond and December/January 1.50 when they announce they revenue from Spiderman.
If its a genuine rise, 78p by Thursday.. Thats a minimum.
