I’m surprised indepthBolox is still posting the same sh|te this morning... give it a rest chap, you’re starting to sound like Donald Trump leaving the Whitehouse!
IDW.
You cried about liquidity, that’s been solved.
4.5% interest. Very reasonable
You screamed about the waivers, sorted till 22.
The share bond used, very shrewd.
More debt yes but that was a given, this will be easily serviced when normal operations are resumed.
No talks of bankruptcy, shareholders aren’t being wiped out.
You lost this argument because you tired to google yourself into being smart and Miss used the information in the H1 report. Be a better person, admit you were wrong and since your not invested move on.
I was expecting a much bigger rise from the RNS.
The SP is definitely being played. There is now way it would be in such tight range on a day like this.
Buy hopefully after shorters exit abs profits are taken by others this can really start to move.
Spare a thought for shorter guy though and his 40p short...The only person I take pleasure in losing money.
What did you expect IDW? Or is this not good news? The fact they're not going out of business? Haha. You make me laugh. The news today was expected but better than what was expected. Minimal dilution, waivers for exceeded lengths of times, the minimum required amount of added debt. Im happy with today's announcement and if you're not you're in dreamland and the type of person who gives a quid to s homeless person and expects change.
Pahaha IDW Just stop it, there is no way to spin bad news on this. I’ve already explained the way the dilution works aswell.
10% dilution, thats if the creditors decide to take it. Not the worst news.
Survivability assured.
Debt up to 4.9billion at an average of 4.5% interest, could have been worse.
Confidence from lenders in cineworld solidified.
Bankrupsy ruled out.
Its all good news to me, but I'm sure you will find a way to flip it.
Only 10% dilution. Honestly nothing.
I think with all the figures been thrown around, 450m here and 750m there, the waiver news got over looked. June 2022! Wow that is a massive result in itself. With how things have gone for us lately, I only expected the December 2021 tests to be waivered.
What a great week this should turn out to be.
It's a lot better than I was expecting tbh, soo glad it wasnt just spring 2021, but right to 2022, gives them a good chance to make it through this
Just woke up to this.
OMG!!!!
And no wonder the deramp crew went into overdrive the last few days.
Waivers until 2022!!!
A BIG WELL DONE to all the fellow holders who had the balls to hang on despite the best efforts of some despicable individuals.
Now let's sit back, light a cigar, watch them burn and everyone else try to scramble to get on board a train where we're already sat in first class.
Who said they hated Monday mornings? :)
Shorterknob is gonna regret sleeping in today!
Props to the "rampers" for keeping faith despite the constant negativity here. Especially Rs2002 and NoFear. I've have sold months ago if it wasn't for those guys and their factual posts.
During a ‘Normal’ 12 months, how much debt were Cine paying off?
You have to admit.. the RNSs dont come often.. but when they do they are sure to ensure squeaky bumtime for shorters
@Funk, you forget theyre not actually invested, just like to comment about how terrible the share is.
Poor @IDW and @SG will be choking on their cornflakes whilst mulling over that RNS.
Vaccine news and funding news, let’s see the shorters put a negative spin on this news.
Makes all the whining over the weekend seem even more silly.
Wow 80p anyone
