@johnnykipper and @Ashstash89
Yes, I was a long term holder and I was expecting the results to be bad but also expected positive news about the ticket sales since cinemas re-opened. My view is that it was a terrible report and I am disappointed that there was not even a positive spin on the results. Disappointed in Mooky after his positive interviews. So, I was in at 41p and sold at 43p so broke even.
gonna invest all my cash in AMGO and HMSO
Thanks for another insightful post @PinkEye - and you keep believing what you've written.
The Walters Mittys are not the long term investors that lay it it out on the table, paper losses or real losses.
The BS’s are the guys like John who take out a small short and then claim to take profit no less than 4 times on the same short, when their has only been an 8 point spread, and that is if you times it perfectly.
A short is not like day trading you only gain from each point drop once. You either close it all or or partially close it for tiny gains at each point.
Also I bet you there are very few retail investors who has a short open after yesterday’s rise and the night before results day... again I call BS!
So many spurious claims from derampers..
Time to start filtering
Ashtash89 you will learn that those who claim to be long term and have hundreds of thousands of shares are usually Walter Mitty type Characters. Plenty of them on here that is for sure.
Mark, I thought you were a long term holder?
Good luck and fair play to you and youmight get a much better lower entry point.
I am holding out for £1.50+ next spring or perhaps later next year.
GL!
I sold too. I am also very unhappy with the results. I have 284k shares with an average of 41p and sold at 43p. I didn´t want to take the risk with that amount of money. I do think CINE will recover in the long run.
And if Mooky anounces later that there is a deal with Disney, I´m gonna find out where he lives !
Good luck all
