The recently signed NDA between our lawyers prevents me to comment on any speculation one of my offshore trust funds is going to imminently announce a successful takeover.
RNS before October 32nf can be expected.
Hold onto your hats.
I guess the new owners of Newcastle fc and our very own Sammy are ruled out of the bidding due to spending far more then they can afford recently
I have a sneaky feeling Jordan888 may make a surprise visit.
My sources tell me he won the euromillions and he is in fact the mystery buyer about to put in a cheeky takeover bid of 100m , my sources also tell me the offer is likley to be rejected but is hopeful It will spark a bidding war.
The owner of the phone book Ron number and the owner of the broken window shop Mr E.Z.E.didit are ready to enter the bidding war.
I don't fancy ron number to win as he wears a kilt , but I can assure you a RNS is out within the week
Bunkers, I got 39 shares today .
The 16:29 buy also...
Takeover next week ?
Best not be out over the weekend :-)
Sorry after market BUYS
There are 3 buys of exactly the same amount of 103,532 which is highly likely the same buyer as after sales.
Also notice Sammy is splashing the cash with a buy of 28 shares at 17.19 , must of took a while to find a seller for that amount
CINE free float is just 590M shares out of 1.3bn shares so only shares from free float can be loaned by brokers to shorts. Now the recent short interest was up by 0.49%, which equates to 6.5M shares approx. On average, our daily volumes are between 3M-6M so short interest of 6.5M is nothing. It is absorbed and that is why there is no big change in price i.e. we are still in upper end of 60s although 65p just today.
As long as we don't give up our shares, brokers will run out of loaning shares to shorts. Remember 700mn shares are still in tight hands and are held close to heart.
When CINE SP was £2+, short percentage was 13%! There is no need to sweat for increase in shorts IMO. All that we need is continuous good BO figures and trading conditions to reach as much close as possible to pre-covid levels.
Oo thanks. I googled uncrossing trades, didn't get it tbh.
Streaminvesting, that is a uncrossing trade, don’t worry
Am I seeing a sell of 681,681 after the bell???
They're relentless these s------s.
Cineworld Group Plc 9.18. Not good
