I topped up £5k, yesterday before closing time :)
Blooomin heck! That’s commitment. Yeah it’s a good idea. Worth thinking about putting the house in a trust too so it’s protected if anything bad happens. It’s a few grand but a good idea I think.
lol - morning mate. 17,000 more this morning. If I get ill my kids will deffo sign a DNR on me.
Hahahahahahahahah! Morning
Hi JBS - getting posts muddled now must be tired - I thought you were Investroid telling us Cine customers had to sign DNR orders when booking tickets...…...
Possibly jay. They were making people sign a DNR. A vaccine will be worth trillions in the US, in the right hands, wink
Cineworld is in debt, it has a $3.5 billion debt excluding leases
I'm locked in at a higher price and for it's a mid to long term hold with a view to reducing my holding when i am in the clear. The fundamentals are sound, and crucially we are not in debt or going through with an overpriced takeover, so it's all about getting the doors opening and building up the revenue. It's a gradual process. I will check on this share briefly every few days but it will be a month before i am inching towards the break even point.
Dont worry mate - that's still a good price: most don't get in at the bottom- just make sure you get out near the top. As a reopening play not many shares have the upside, or the ability to achieve it very quickly, as this. Cheers.
Yeah I got stung by buying too early. Expected the SP to rise significantly when the opening of cinemas was announced. Got in at 85p, averaged down to 75p (not as low as I want it but I have to keep some cash spare for bargains).
Didn't want to get stuck in cine long term but here we are. Aiming for £1+ by November.
Been wrong so many times lately though.
Gla.
More stung by buying in too early, should have waited another week or so to the current prices lol
We will.see 50p before we see £1
Yep me! I sold £3ks worth at 60.68.. bought wirecard, sold wirecard, even though it kept going up, made a grand profit, bought £4ks back in cine at 60.92..
After the drop yesterday and the not so good news this morning, there’s been a lot selling out, obviously presuming it’s going down further. Guess they weren’t expecting double the amount of buys coming in and currently 5% up.
Anyone willing to admit they got stung selling out?
