I ain’t being funny but what are the high court going to do?
The legal process is being followed. How can shareholders be paid before unsecured creditors? The simple answer is they can’t.
Thanks for that, MR K'' I have also notice REGAL has put in an objection to the plan on the 28th the same day as the suspension, so that means C11 will not be over for the 31th and MOOK and lenders are getting desperate to grab the money out of Cineworld PLC before the plan is approve or before UK court take a look at it
yes with 300k shareholders world wide new CO cineworld days will be numbered, when it comes to social media
and with no new movie been made with the strike the new slate will be drying up shortly, so they best enjoy the revenue from barbie while they can
How will this be communicated if this board closes down? I cannot see anything on the google about shareholders banding together yet.
(Posted on another site).....
It isn't over yet for those that hold shares.
Hello Mr. X,
We have 2 firms that seem to be interested in taking our case on a no win, no fee basis. We will be meeting with one of them again on Tuesday and hope to meet with the other again soon after.
At his point, the more shareholders we have working with us, the better so we are also trying to reach out to as many large shareholders as we can to increase that number.
Now that the matter is with the high court we also plan to write to them to make them aware of our grievances.
Anything you can do to help us locate as many large shareholders as possible would be helpful.
Anyone interested please email:

Give name and your share holding and wish to fight against the loss
Laughable that you believe I’m also Dean and play the ramping / deramping game.
I’ve had nothing positive to say about this share for quite a while, which has upset you in the past. Weirdly, everything I said has now happened.
Feel free to believe what you believe, it only further demonstrates your lack of intelligence.
Dean/CWWX tend to forget at times which profile they are logged in with.
Small time day trader who spams this board and others where there is no dialogue in the hope of making small movements in trades. Needy and pathetic? Absolutely but also futile.
The LTH have either exit or left whatever is left in their account and will see if arbitration comes about.
I visited Vue today and watched Barbie with the family. Like others, I won’t give my money to CINE, irrespective of how little that makes a difference. Clearly not as they have posted this and appear to be doing much better now:

It’s not fully over yet when it is then I will move on.
Dean you feeling alright, you've stopped capitalising every word on your last post. I Ave moved on from cine, best to forget the experience
No it’s called Inexperience you learn from your mistakes simple as that really.
I found it astonishing how many PIs invest in shares without a clue about what they have bought and what it represents.
Limited liability is literally GCSE business studies stuff.
No I am Not Bot Thanks.
Jed, I suspect Dean may be a bot.
Hello Dean 36, even at this stage you haven't given up have you. Once they go into admin there will be NO options and NO money it's over. There will be NO fire sale to sell off assets everything gets transfered to the new owners. whatever money you have left in will be gone. Simple.
If Cineworld Stock Does Get Liquidated Next Week.
We Have Two Options Which Cineworld Will Do.
1. Shares Get Liquidated and We Get Nothing.
2. Cineworld Gives Us a Price and They Sell Those Shares Back to Us.
Cineworld Trading Expected to be Cancelled on August 1st This is Called By Marketwatch.
“…never seen anything life it in my life.”
It happens all the time. People who don’t know what they are doing are attracted to plummeting shares - they view it as a get rich quick scheme. And they think that if they portray a company as a dead cert for recovery, others will buy in, forcing the SP up.
For others, they are just so determined to believe that they delude themselves.
Then there’s the Walter Mitties who still live with their parents, while portraying themselves online as hot shot investors who go balls deep with their investments (meaning £40). They always report how they’ve made a profit, whether the SP goes up or down. LSE is their social life. It’s sad. They often talk childishly and insult anyone who disagrees with them. It’s very common.
The Truth is Next Week is Judgement Week For Cineworld Stock.
Let’s Just Hope the New Company Cineworld Allows Cineworld to Keep Trading.
Hi RetailInvestor22, RIOT just as good as MARA, both should do very well.
I will try to ignore the Trolls, it becomes hard sometimes, especially when the likes of cloudymuppet come on IOG board just to troll me lol.
Best of luck to you also Sir.
Warm Regards
PI
Truly unprecedented behaviour to watch people ramp this all the way down from £1 to less than 1p
never seen anything life it in my life, and extraordinary to watch these same users attack plainly obvious concerns.
most of these users have at some point just walked our of the conversation saying they don't care, and were right in some way.
a lesson to be learnt here is group behaviour for sure.
That is a really good thought RI22'' I have the same amount as you for future fight, a nice little bit, and what i can afford to lose with no regrets
GL
Good luck, Poor.
I’m also holding MARA but RIOT, too.
Vanguard, the second biggest asset manager, after Blackrock hold 10% in MARA and RIOT.
BTC will climb again at the next bull run so I’m loading up.
I’m holding 100k CINE stock, if there is future arbitration, I will want to provide evidence of my holding.
I would encourage you to ignore the trolls. We already know it is just a handful of posters with multiple alias who have you living rent free in their heads.
None whatsoever, I was just being sarcastic and goading PPinvestor ,our resident expert on chance and probability, who despite all the facts persisted in describing Cine as a fifty-fifty bet when it was obviously more like a 1000/1 shot.
@Alboumphoto can I ask what good news you are expecting?
I’m going with WAND.
A Pony I Would Rather Have a Monkey lol :).
