Your post made me smirk Re:-
'let him get on with the job and show us his results for the pass few years'.
What do you think we have all already been doing for years & years. To no tangible avail, little communication and no show of any results.
previous member bottomsup
Its been several years since we were delisted and still the company is going .One has to ask will the patient be rewarded. For me my investment was due to one person and the expectations of this company producing share dividends from floating other companies. The first being CICC gold which we received a dividend in shares but alas this also ended up delisted ,still waiting on relisting .Retirement is weeks away after been made redundant after 38 years with my company .A large pot of cash will be invested else where .
lets hope stuart will pull a bag of gold out of the rabbit hat soon.
let him get on with the job and show us his results for the pass few years.
frustrating to see delay after delay and several companies not coming off but one also has to remember we are CICC not the multi billion one which some companies have fallen for in thinking they are dealing with.
Your right Popples, I have meetings this weekend, will update you all next week.
He must have imparted something.
Maybe a string of expletives or not, but in between ranting he must have said something e.g.
- I wish shareholders would stop harassing me
- I am still working on an update
- I have spent all your money, what are you going to do about it
So did you glean anything?
funny how these guys tend to get so angry when you call them out for failing to deliver, all professionalism flies out the window..
19.45 Just received a phone call from SB. not at all pleased, lasted 6 min, could not get a word in, before he put the phone down on me.!! Nothing coming from him as promised.!!
Dear Stuart,
Please see a one line copy of your email, which should have been met by 9th January.
In order to avert a complete breakdown of contact between us, will you please honour your word
Regards
I can address your request in about 3 to 4 weeks time. (e-mail dated 9th December 21)
It is now 20 days after Xmas Stuart. Just a reminder that Tempus Fugit.
Where is the update you were going to make after Xmas?
Is yet another of your self made deadlines going to be missed or is the update just another figment of your imagination and yet another stalling tactic?
Surely Stuart could give us a little news each week. Would only take a little of his time. He could use the time he is sitting on the toilet if that's the only time he can spare from his busy schedule.
Patience, endurance, fortitude, stoicism imply qualities of calmness, stability, and persistent courage in trying circumstances. Patience may denote calm, self-possessed, and unrepining bearing of pain, misfortune, annoyance, or delay; or painstaking and untiring industry or (less often) application in the doing of something: to bear afflictions with patience. Endurance denotes the ability to bear exertion, hardship, or suffering (without implication of moral qualities required or shown): Running in a marathon requires great endurance. Fortitude implies not only patience but courage and strength of character in the midst of pain, affliction, or hardship: to show fortitude in adversity. Stoicism is calm fortitude, with such repression of emotion as to seem almost like indifference to pleasure or pain: The American Indians were noted for stoicism under torture.
Thanks for that.
I couldn’t see any reason why he would have anything to do with Kenya, but it is a measure of my confidence in CICC that I thought it was possible!
I still can’t see me getting my cash back, though.
The Kenya people work for another company with a similar name and nothing to do with our CIC Capital.
Blame Linked in for the mix-up and Stuart for picking CIC as a name for his companies.
Kenya, ffs. Half of the 20 employees “work” in Kenya and most of them are anonymous.
Herexcellency Madahana - Global Influencer.
Apart from the fact that she has no idea that Her and Excellency are two different words and her grammar is Kenyan, not English, her cv looks appalling.
“ For all your insurance need,
at cic group we keep our word”.
And they are all in Kenya. Anybody familiar with Kenyan business practices?
Kenya. FFS.
I give up here. Stuart, spend my money, because I bet a penny to a pound of ****, I’m never seeing that again.

Dear CIC share holders,
Contents of an e-mail received from SB.
Dear
On a personal side Becky and I want to wish you the very best for Christmas and hope all is going well with your treatment.
After Christmas I will contact you on the other issues you are raising.
Kind Regards
Becky and Stuart
If, and big IF SB can provide accurate information in January to us all and we can recover our investments in the NEAR future
then I for one would accept the present situation.
However, IF iSB does not meet the generous "target dates" of the information provided, I would be happy to join any action that may be considered to see if we have been had over 100%.
I hope 2022 this is the year when CIC investors get a decent deal from SB to offset the years of suffering.
Good wishes to all.
Mr Average
We have class, SB has none?
No sadly, screwed
Merry Xmas everyone, genuine
We could consider a class action.
Well, I understand that there is a listing ongoing, Innit Med, a pharmaceutical company worth a lot of money. How long before it lists, I know not. If I ever find out, I will inform you. It could make up for a lot of the dissatisfaction. But …..
do not know what to think about this company anymore,Why does Stuart tell us about this that and the other and yet nothing ever happens regarding listing .It just goes on year after year.
I find the whole situation bizarre, all the companies named to date have yet to float but the information is out there to backup SB regarding clients etc. As for Gold, Sino and all the other "stuff" ???
Why would anyone do all this for now reason and string us along with various directors etc... baffled!
Sadly, fellow SH we have been robbed. The only justice we will see is if karma takes its toll and we can but help. A very hard and expensive lesson for me. I spoke to a solicitor and there is "sod all" we can do.
Congratulations SB perhaps you will enjoy spending stolen monies - I would not.
Poppies, time is fast running out for SB. He has had more than enough time but just keep giving us more horses**t after the next. What I do know is that what we were given in CICFund has gone because he has taken it private so cutting us all out by renaming it Securitization. As for Gold, well I will be amazed if any of us ever see any return from that fantasy. We need to tighten the noose and squeeze his balls. We all need to agree a deadline and then go after him with all the legal force that we can muster
I asked for suggestions to escalate all matters from this year end, but in the light of the last comm from SB I am leaving this until mid January, to see if we get any explanation of what happened to our initial investments and our purchase of a gold field. And I am not talking about how they are currently getting on with a couple of clients.
Should this not happen or we just get fobbed off again I am thinking of a Telegraph & Facebook campaign, letters to Financial conduct authorities where CICC is registered, letters to the Congressmen (or equivalent) in the countries CICC has a presence etc. Letters to the Press in the countries where CICC has clients, letters to CICC clients etc.
Of course these would need to be legally assessed before sending and funds would need to be gathered.
Talking of legal matters - the waiver of all past decisions by CICC Directors surely can not be legal in any jurisdiction. This needs challenging.
Imagine if all companies did this or put a rider on all their RNS comms saying something like 'It doesn't matter what we say - you can never sue us'.
So SB if you or a spy of yours is reading this, be advised that things might be getting hot.
So, another Christmas with no cheer. No turkey. Just corned beef on dry bread and a glass of water.
I appreciate your tenacity Mr A.
Maybe, just maybe we will get some clarity.
May I suggest at some future point shareholders that are interested contact via a private platform to discuss in more detail.
