One stepping stone at a time. Maybe 2 at a push but too many too far too fast and you're bound to stumble and fall.
Fundamentals are what's important here for me and the last 2 RNS's were solid
The Universe was mentioned by one of the team at a Proactive interview in the early days ! seriously. .......Since then they have looked into the postage and discovered how much is costs, so for the time being they are sticking with Florida.
Agreed. Looking further ahead we have so many growth areas to attack it's very exciting.

One day, years from now, there'll be a prime time TV advert (after the watershed obviously). That would blow the doors off.
If they can give us $3 million revenue for the past quarter with just a few hundred news stores added then ill say that is a decent result, during these challenging times. If they produce revenues of say less than $2 million in past quarter ( with 2,500 stores selling daily) via existing stores plus a few hundred new stores then i think that's a worry.
It certainly is guesswork. One other thing to consider is that in Q2 Covid was just about disappearing in the US, or at least they thought (to the extent that millions of LFT tests were being destroyed due to overstocking. A few months on and they can't make enough). Covid is back with a vengeance in Q3 which certainly wouldn't have helped with rollout.
Having said this, I have seen a lot of positives
1. Seeking influences. Not actually seen any promoting CHILL but then again not been looking, but still a good move
2. Many promotion events have been attended
3. 2 big name marketeers with Red Bull and Coca Cola on their CV onboarded in August.
4. CHILL.COM
5. For sure we'll have more than 2500 US stores to stock now.
We have made several improvements since Q2 so we really need to see around $3m revenue in Q3 to restore confidence in the market.
Hamish,
To be honest, it is all guesswork so doesn't really matter as such.
The US sales revenue reported in previous updated has been reported in $. For as a guide Q2 was, I believe, approx $2m.
The interim accounts and final accounts are obviously in £.
Posts made today by DRB and myself were in $ but as I say these were based upon guesswork.
BB2.
Bbii I thought £££'s from posted comments I read earlier in the year but I have no doubt someone on here will take great delight in correcting me Lol. :)
Hamish.,
£ or $ ?

Bb2/Vas, cheers for the feedback. Just reading that is encouraging,as 2500 stores is a minimum then probably a fair few more..... Expectations around turnover seems to be £2m to £3m.....feels like an achievable figure Al things considered so hopefully we exceed a little at the end of the month and we'll fly... Or at least the SP decline will halt. I can't stand the suspense :)
As long as they can get thiis quarters revenue up from last quarters existing outlets (2500), then I think they are on safe ground. I don't think the actual size of the number of new outlets this, quarters will do it alone. Imo its all about beating revenues from last quarter and again next ...and if they did this with no extra outlets opened this quarter ( I know will not happen) then that would show revenue can grow quarterly, business model does work and its a matter of rolling it out....as the actual rollout should be the simple bit, and will get done eventually. Sorry for typos but on break.
Hamish,
Pure guesswork, in my opinion.
The actual wording from the 29th July Business Update was...
...........The Group's rollout of Chill-branded CBD tobacco alternative product continues with speed and scale. In coordination with major US launch partners, the Group has modified brick and mortar location expansion effort timelines. This timeline modification is to assess and enhance the effectiveness of promotional efforts, sell rates and the use of partners' proprietary tools and technologies. The Group and its partners continue adapting to COVID-19-related logistical challenges................ Chill products are now stocked in approximately 2,500 brick and mortar outlets across the US. The expansion is set to accelerate in the coming months and the Group looks forward to updating the market accordingly..........
So from the above, I am expecting that the roll-out has continued from July but not sure exactly what numbers to expect for period to 30th Sept in relation to "continues with speed and scale" and "The expansion is set to accelerate in the coming months"..... So yes, it would be a complete guess.

It's mainly guessing until the long-awaited RNS (I guess:)) but has anyone got any info or feedback on how many stores are actually selling our Chill products now? Even a few extra (say 250?) over the target 2500 would be quite an improvement of the first significant and long awaited news due on the 27th
