It's like most things on AIM. Full of traders. Didn't get the results as soon as expected so off to chase something else instead.
I don't get it,why would anyone sell before the assay's are reported. Seems a strange way to invest.
Looks like the dummies are still selling last 2 sells hasn't budged level 2 still 3 mms on 22P 6 on 25P mms must be filling an order
Why the increase in ask price?
Large delayed buy?
Seems a little strange deterring buyers.
My point is if you were negotiating a JV...both sides would want the full picture, imo.
Having some knowledge of what lies deeper than we have been told, would imo be part of those negotiations. But of course we believe what we are told do we not!
What's your point parkez? Results from Demir's two DD holes were announced in Feb 22.
"We consider there is substantial potential to increase our compliant gold resource, accelerate Clontibret mine development and
also to test the geological comparability of our Clontibret deposit to the Fosterville deposit in Victoria, Australia, where the
occurrence of visible gold is becoming increasingly significant at depth."
10/02/21
A company at that time looking for a JV partner...
A potential partner doing their DD.
Are we to believe that at some point a deeper drill hole was not done?
If we get more wide intervals of gold at 1-1.5g/t I'll be very happy with that. Add in some narrower intervals with higher grades and it's all good.
Wide intervals of gold are very good even at lower grades. Open pit mining using bulk mining methods.
http://www.conroygoldandnaturalresources.com/projects/clontibret
Just a reminder, sure you have all seen it but maybe one or two have not.
"A (JORC 2012) estimated resource of 320,000 Oz Au Indicated, 197,000 Oz Au Inferred, (517,000 Oz Au), at an overall grade of 2 g/t Au, has been established on a fraction of the Clontibret gold target area with the majority of the drilling to date to a depth of less than 200m and a maximum vertical depth of 350 metres.
A preliminary economic assessment (PEA) at a gold price of US$1,372 has been undertaken by independent consultants Coffey (Tetra Tech), demonstrating both financial and technical viability with an NPV (8) US$72.3m and IRR 49.4% and payback within year 2."
"Drill results at Clontibret have shown high gold grades and intersections including: 24.4g/t Au over 1.0 metre, 21.6g/t Au over 1.2 metres, 9.2g/t Au over 3.9 metres and 6.1g/t Au over 5.0 metres"
And then going to the recent Stockbox interview...The Prof says
and i think this is a first....some indication of when the first mine planning will be put forward.
Suggests the results from the 2 holes recently drilled will be decent...imo
You miss the point. 1g/t does not shift the dial. Investors will be hoping for much better from the current drilling programme.
Deathstranding doing the usual tiresome deramping that he's been doing for years. Makes no sense for a so called investor to keep talking trash so make up your on minds. Why did AAZ want to do a JV? Why did Demir step in? If only they had spoken to DS first! Demir hit 100m at 1g per tonne including nearly 50m at 1.5 g/t and signed the JV because they know it's good. These people know about mining and they're not going to waste their time on something unless they think it's going to be very lucrative.
Hope you get good grade sprouts this year.
Looks an interesting read at first glance. I will have a look later as I have to go weeding the Brussel Sprouts now.
yes
and exploration wise....all have very large intersections.
rock also had very large intersection, similar to cgnr's
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/ROCK/exploration-update-0rm4ec2a8xx46lz.html
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/ROCK/drilling-expands-gold-system-at-plateau-tqrkoebsj3l7mbb.html
but with grades as low as 0.30% gt/au.....were miles,to low a grade
although, they were some higher grade, hot spots,in there somewhere
after that, rock seem to have.....moved on?
CEY - conventional CIL processing.
GGP - Reserve grade 3 g/t gold, 0.4% Cu. Mineral processing to be at the existing Telfer plant, flotation to produce copper/gold concentrates, conventional CIL to produce dore.
POG - 1 g/t average refractory ore grade in open pit, processed through POX hub which (according to Mckinsey) cost almost $1 billion.
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/CGNR/results-from-drilling-at-clontibret-gold-deposit-2ct77sbjly1pf18.html
cey have a similar grade.....they produce about 400k ounces of gold, from theyre egyptian opperation.
ggp's average grade is also around 1 gt/au
pog's is similar aswell.
so there's nothing unusual, about the above drilling data......those intersections, are world class and the grade,is slighly, above average
someones,trying to be "misleading here?"
right,offski,
Because sophisticated investors know that extracting 0.0002% gold from sub-microscopic inclusions within arsenopyrite is very hard, and they will stay away unless it is proven viable.
and why do you keep banking on about refractory processing?
that's years away.
the emphasis,is on exploration and expanding, the known orebody.
deathstranding
but there's a differance between gold and tungsten miners
90%of tungsten is mined in china
90% of gold,is mined outside of china
so knowledge of tungsten mining is limited,i doubt there's many manufacturing comps outside of china, have much expertise,in processing the stuff.
also,extracting 0.10% of a mineral,from a ton of rock....aint easy
0.9% lol. In your worldview the Clontibret resource grade of 0.0002% doesn't stand a chance!
Joking aside, the gold at Clontibret is well known to be refractory so comparison to a global average is not meaningful.
As for "no chance of purchasing the wrong kit", as a former WRES investor you know better than that.
the world average grade of gold miners was 0.90% a couple of years back
so cgnr's grade is well above average
before buying the processing plant, they always do a trial mining workplan, say 10 ton, then send it off,to the manufacturer,to ascertain, the best type of prossessing plant needed
so there's no chance,of purchasing,the wrong kit
An announcement about broader JV plans would be more investible than vague interview comments. Meanwhile investors will go off what's actually been announced. For now that's 3,000 metres, 8 holes, 2 rigs.
Mr. Conroy indicates September timing to complete the programme which seems realistic.
Early on in the stockbox interview..
"This initial programme MERGES into a much larger programme"
So continuous drilling now, with more drill rigs added and hopefully a rapid pick up of pace.
