Hi,
They are not a fuel cell company anymore, more a service provider for litigation/legal stuff.
Don't ask me to explain as I have no idea..... :)
Hasn't the legal profession yet realised that the world needs fuel cells?
Has the company sold anything in the last five years?
I emailed the company as they were due an AGM. This has been pushed back till next month at which point they will also provide an update on the relist progress.
Very exciting this...... May even see some value on my shares again/..... Now that would be a turn up for the books. From making fuel cells to Litigation company... Very intriguing..... :)
CFU will start the re-listing process in Oct 2019...

Looks like we are shareholders in this private company
I got an email today saying the same thing. Thought the company went bust. So they must be still in business and we are shareholders in a private company.....
Does anyone know why the shares have been consolidated 1 new for 50 old at close of business 31 Dec 2018?
Thanks uncle F!
think they have one month after resignation of administrator to find another one, which of course they are unlikely to do. That date is up 3 April. The Germans are the only ones who may be interested as I think they invested in them quite a bit. No doubt someone will buy the technology cheap as chips and we'll all get nothing - hey ho that's the game we are in.
Anybody heard anything at all? Surely they must of interest to someone!
The "fat lady sings" is generally regarded as being a reference to Brunnhilde and the dramatic conclusion to "Gotterdammerung" - the final opera in Wagner's "Der Ring des Nibelungen" (Ring Cycle)
Just hope she can sing well enough towake the dead .
think it was just protocol and it was a dead duck before the appointment. However....... I was in Sarantel which was also a dead duck but who have since become UKOG - it's not over till the fat lady sings... who is this fat lady ?????
the nominated adviser has resigned , windup work will be underway I think .What you saying ?
the administrator has resigned so unless they can get another one within the month it's good bye. What a shame.
I've had shares in this dead duck for about 7 years now and have been looking at 98.9% depreciation for the last goodness knows how long. There was no point in selling them so I hung on in the vain hope that something might turn round. At least now someone will put this knackered creature to sleep and I can forget the whole sorry business!
Thank you for explaining to me. I guess I will just wait now to hear any news. Thank you
Sorry for your loss here. To put it in percentage terms you probably have less than a 10% chance of getting anything back once the administrators have been called in and in the event they do manage to sell what is left of the company or there is a reverse take over the likelihood would be significant dilution to your holding, so as it would probably be worth less than 10% of your initial stake. I would check in periodically, but would pretty much write this one off as a bad experience. Apologies that I can't be more optimistic.
think it's just a matter of wait and see what happens, no doubt there will be some information on here in the next couple of days, for myself been half expecting to lose my money on this share for some time, but there is always hope, I think
So do I just wait and if they find a buyer the share will just come back online? I got them at 1p do you feel I will ever get that or is it unlikely. I got them thinking new energy type of thing would take off? Sorry to ask so many things it's just I don't know nothing about shares just took a chance as no interest sitting in bank. But if it's gone then I have learnt an expensive lesson. Anything you can tell me would be a real help
as a rule yes but there might be some hope they have a massive tax loss and might be albe to sell it . my friend was caught out today here he lost a fair bit .... hopefully somethink comes from the tax loss if they can sell it
I'm new to trading. I purchased shares in this company nearly a year ago. Does the news of suspended mean I've lost my money ? Can someone tell me please what it means to me
Is that it then? Do you politely kiss goodbye to your money or can there be some hope?
