on the move..
Will our government saying we need more greener energy have any affect on this price
simply buy what people buy
Quite a few 1.5 shares buyers, someone is topping up. I was in here only for 2 days & sold out on the peek at around 2.6P. Shares where over bought then, only reason for the rise was a small contract gain. They are a loss making company. The BOD are a complete joke. Unless they get a major contract win & start making money, cant see any upside here. Then again perhaps news is imminent & someone has got word of it.
There was an 18.5K purchase at 1.22 which was well above the ask price! Yeah I've not heard much about them at Hannover. They didn't speak in the public or technical formum. I think CFU are pretty poor at these events, unlike ITM power who appear to make good impressions at every event!
they are/were at the Hannover Messe - maybe they have generated some interest?? (not invested in here but they have been on my ‘watch list’ and just happened to notice their name on the exhibiters list)
What is going on!?
This is quite old news. It's probably not long until the BlueGen product becomes obsolete given the S.I.F.C was ready for field trials in March. (http://www.soft-pact.eu/index.php/news) I find it annoying how we aren't kept up to date with CFCLs progress. For example I would've thought the new integrated fuel cell receiving its CE certification and beginning field trials would be worthy of an an announcement don't you think?
LONDON (Alliance News) - Ceramic Fuel Cells Ltd Monday said its pretax loss narrowed slightly in its first half as revenues improved and it has received a large BlueGEN unit order. The developer of fuel-cell technology generators to convert natural gas into electricity and heat for homes and other buildings, said its pretax loss for the six months ended December 31, 2013 narrowed to AUD11.9 million from a loss of AUD12.6 million the previous year as the company increased revenues by 31% to AUD3.4 million from AUD2.6 million in 2012. Ceramic Fuel Cells said sales volumes in its first half increased 38% on the same period in the previous year to 124 units sold. However, cost of sales increased by 29% to AUD4.9 million from AUD3.8 million. The company booked an impairment reversal payment of AUD2.0 million, compared to a charge of AUD342,000 the previous year, helping the company's finances. However, the company continued its policy of not paying dividends, as it continues its development. It also noted that it is disappointed by the previously announced news that a major deal with Synergy International OU fell apart in February, after Synergy failed to make necessary payments. In a separate statement, the company announced that it has received an order for 100 of its BlueGEN units, for delivery within 12 months, from the German company Avilos GmbH. Ceramic Fuel Cells said Avilos will purchase the units on a take-or-pay basis and sell them to private and small commercial customers. BlueGEN is a ready to install a 'modular' generator designed for a number of markets and configurations, which co-generates energy for consumption and export along with heat for hot water.
Also big sell. 21.53k
Thought the rise could be due to the introduction of the renewable heat incentive today. However I couldn't find the BlueGen on the product eligibility list??
going up again
The shares where over bought on the rise, only reason most people bought where because shares where going up. I sold at 2.6p. They are a loss making company & they are raising money which will dilute shareholders. They released a RNS which stated that "they know of no reason for the rise" in other words we have no new contracts & think the share price is over valued. Until they get major contract, there is no upside too this share & there going down.
The rns is proving funding, however a near 30% drop looks steep! I'll keep an eye on this as it really looks like an over sell. Definite potential here. Back to the research boards for me
Any ideas?
The 2 large buys where delayed trades. There are not a take over target read the RNS. The management "know of no reason for the rise". The shares where over bought & only rose so much due too people just wishing too make a quick buck on a rising share & then bailed out. This is a sinking ship.
I see there was also 2 large buys Tuesday totalling £100k.
Someone mentioned last week about a takeover. Was that just bb talk or have the company announced this?
strong finish into close. back to 3p before news.
Back on the march..
Might rebound on a larger contract win,but until that happens this is going down.
I think the jump a couple of days ago was possibly a knee jerk on 3 american fuel cell companies which jumped 20%
Looks like this share is going back down quick. when ever a company releases a statement saying they know of no reason if rise i stay clear.
The steam ran out the other day,so i bailed out after only being in here for 2 days. When i started too see 2 Million share transactions i know someone was dumping allot of shares. We where up at the level before the last fall after news of losing 1000 unit order. Those who where caught out by the fall & who did not sell would be selling glad they got there money back. A RNS was released by the company say they know of no reason for the rise. In other word what there saying is that they have no new contracts in the near future & think we are a bit over priced.
