His comments over the years regarding his SP targets show he is always has, and still is, confident. But, perhaps he is less bullish (aren't well all - well, except for Magoo and Chesh, our 2 beacons of infinite wisdom. Lol!)
Hi Peter, welcome back. I hope you and your family are all well. Stay safe.
Peter said to me yesterday "that you still sound hopeful on Saffron " and yes I suppose I am.
Firstly in this crisis Trinidad seem to be containing the virus apparently 68 people off a cruise ship are isolated, restaurants and bars are closed.
The Saffron testing can't have stopped they would have to notify the market.
The Lower Cruse is very complex 3+ horizons to be tested separately then the gross pay sands. They could be doing 6,7,8 tests and maybe water issues to address besides testing the Middle Cruse.
If the Lower Cruse is a success then maybe the Middle Cruse will be drilled later as shown on the latest timeline, see Chesh link yesterday.
With success on the LC then permanent 5,000 barrel tanks maybe required.
At the moment they are still within their timelines but only just.
Yes I'm still optimistic .
The main reason I invested in CERP was due to the fact that the company have very experienced oil men at the helm. The perceived lack of information being released at present will either be due to the fact that the Saffron drilling program has encountered unexpected delays/problems or that the BOD do not believe that the current market conditions are right at this time to release better than expected Saffron results to maximise shareholder value. Obviously most of us on here hope it's the latter...
Keep the faith and remember that all our eggs are not in one basket. At 1.18p a share this is still a very good investment, even if Saffron results are not as good as expected.
The cleaners probably now more of what is happening in the companym is sLeo actually interested any more? When did wed last hear on Saffron - January 24th (75 days ago)
I suppose Leo or the BOD or a cleaner will eventually give an RNS update on Saffron
It has only just been over 5 months since the drilling of the well was started
