Obstando, as you can see on this forum, Amran havers regularly. I do find these forums to be comical. They are certainly good for a laugh at times. The notion that the SP will increase 5, 10 or 20 fold for absolutely no sound reason is common, mainly from Amran.
Hi R1bobuk,
The initial plan from CBX was to spend just over £8m by the end of next year. In most cases the spend is always higher than planned. I would guess (and of course it is a guess) that they may be overspending their planned budget because of delays.
It’s been a positive day so far. I still don’t get why there’s 100k tranches being sold in the background? Why would someone still be offloading?
The big difference between here and CHLL is that they have tobacco cessation products currently selling in 2500+ outlets, have award winning CBD products (cosmetics and ingestible) on sale online and are profitable.
The potential of both is very different as their business is primarily tobacco cessation and unless I'm mistaken that is not something CBX have suggested they are pursuing. You can of course compare the CBD part of their businesses but as I've repeated many times Love Hemp would be a far better comparison but you seem to prefer the CHLL comparison because it suits your ramping style.
Maybe provide us with your thoughts why comparing with CHLL is a worthwhile exercise and let us have some thoughts and maybe some projections rather than just throwing out random words?
If you care to check your posting history you will notice that you make reference to CHLL far more than anybody else on this board. Do you have some sort of complex with them?
Agree again Obstando (I say this quite a lot).
Three main scenarios I think Cellular will have for a capital raise.
1. Burn cash too quickly pre product release / Product Delays / Product Failure meaning new R&D
2. Share price rises too rapidly (i.e. Gamestop / AMC) - Raise funding via new shares to help secure Balance Sheet.
3. H2 2022 We see good growth / Publicity ahead of forecast - They may take the view to expand quicker pre cash going into the business.
Point 1 will be due to poor performance, vs 2 & 3 which is good performance and share price on raising will be likely much higher vs where we are now.
Who knows, Cellular Goods late development of website and marketing + good forecasting of growth of product may protect us from a need to raise cash... The irony in that :D
@Amran - you say that mention of a placing coming at some point is absolute nonsense yet your claims of 20p by September etc are not?
Whenever I have mentioned the topic of a placing in the past (never popular) I have suggested it is possible (note the word possible) because of the costs that come with production, marketing, distribution and putting the company in a position to generate revenue that will drive the SP higher. Every time I have mentioned that a placing has to be considered (the claims of the money in the bank that are posted here are NOT based on fact as no-one knows what expenditure has happened to date) I have also added that placings are not always to be seen as a negative. If a placing comes to finance a roll-out that will generate profits then I for one support that as it may be the catalyst needed to push the SP upwards.
Your claims that the SP is going to x or y are never backed up with any substantiation or your reasoning so quite rightly are dismissed as mindless ramping. You've gone from someone planning to spend your millions by the year end to a constant moaner complaining the company don't have products yet. You change with the wind and have been more negative than most recently. You have also made it clear that you are massively underwater (and keep buying into the drops) and will be exiting when you can but you still expect us to believe your ramping to enable you to do that.
The company have a good looking website, are busy finalising their initial launches and the products will be released when they are ready. This isn't a short-term play (it will be 2023 at the earliest before the company show any sort of profit) and the BOD aren't focussed on getting the SP to your exit point but are making sure they get everything in place to ensure a successful launch.
Those that can sit on their hands and not chase the SP are the ones that will do well here
It's daft to listen seriously to stuff on these boards, but I am not surprised if some people do follow some of what is written. It's a shame for them, even if they are being careless. It's still a shame. Don't want to see anyone lose money. Although, someone has to lose for someone to gain in the stock market. I just try to counter all the silly hype.
Hi R1bobuk,
I am not convinced that there are many if any paid rampers and derampers on here.
I wouldn't believe most of what people say they have done on here. If someone is daft enough to make investment decisions based on messages here, then it is their look out.
Hi Amran,
So who do you know sold out because of 2p 'scaremongering'? Thought so, more hot air. Nobody with any sense pays much attention to a small message message board.
Nice jump
