I got some shares via Primary bid too - it was communicated before the round finished that you cannot have your primary bid shares credited to an ISA - it is against the law currently to have them go in an ISA..
Still, its a 4-500 bagger if you got the 5p shares! So I guess you dont mind the tax too much?
StockScreenerHQ, that's correct. The only way to do it is buy at IPO, when you receive your shares in your dealing account you would then need to do a bed and ISA.
Why stress. Diamond hands will take this to £2
you can't go from IPO to ISA, it's not a Primary Bid thing exclusively
Report cross rampers, getting annoying.
NO IT DIDNT CLOE 50% UP WAS 20%. STOP CROSS RAMPING
Okay he made a mistake lets let him off the hook!
if your going to offer investment advice at least learn how to calculate market cap.
£1.2bn hahaha
Yeah exactly! Once it goes more mainstream over the weekend should open strongly on Monday.
125 m mcap gives us a lot of growing room considering the variables. Star power in beckham, the hype train has well and truely left the station and the first of it's kind to float.
I forgot to put the 0. in front haha
Hell it happens to the best of us, yes an extra 0 found its way into his calculation
Thanks trek
Sorry I'm going mad, calculated it completely incorrect... Ignore me, I'll just go and sit in the corner and rock back and forwards! lol
Done your maths wrong mate. At 25p per share it gives market cap of £125 million.
I think that you need to revisit your sums. Think you have put an extra zero on the m/cap.
Need to check your maths there Mikey
What is the market cap right now??
It does not give the company a Mcap of 1.2b..
Just be aware the gains look good from primary bid but they aren't necessarily all they are made out to be, I had 1k allocated from primary bid and bought more today on open, the primary bid are in my share dealing account but the ones I purchased today at 19.8p are in my ISA, as I'm higher tax payer I would be subject to 20% capital gains on the primary bid shares, the ones held in my ISA I have no capital gains tax to pay. Anyway, SP is looking good and heading in the right direction, I expect it will come down a bit once the initial buzz slows... Initial market cap of £25 million yet over 500million shares, based on current SP that gives the company an MCap of over 1.2 billion, be careful and don't get caught out at the top!
