??????
Hi Suds download the primary bid app you will get emails of anything that's on offer to private investors. Make sure you research the company before jumping in the deep end, not all newly listed companies do as well as CBX also don't chase a share price on the way up you're likely to get spiked, let the market settle you may get a better price. Oh and don't listen to the rampers and derampers they are full of bull s**t
Good luck
Ld
Okay found and thanks for all the replies, thought i was going blind or must of been all this reading ????. I think this might be a long term hold seeing whos behind it
Suds
The First £500 was allocated plus 2.85% of the additional that people wanted
The maximum allocation was £2.5k at 5p, so anyone wanting more would have to buy on the market the same as you have.
I'm sure many will have topped up their holding, buying up the shares of those in for a quick profit.
IPO of CBX on primary bid is still in the live bids section to see.
It’s there if you scroll through, cbx offer closed 18th February
Look for the one that says closed 18th February. 4th one across I think from memory. Click read summary and you'll see it. Hope this helps
Went as far back to December 2020 and still couldn’t see it
Thanks for the replies, went over to primary bid and cant see any previous mention on it meaning expired , only other other listings showing for a new energy company and so forth, do you have to be a high investor and recommend or something for it to of shown up
If you to the primary bid site, they explain the process very clearly, no cost (other than the shares).
Primary Bid don't hold your shares. When you make a purchase you have to provide a client number for your standard broker account (can't be an ISA unfortunately), then the shares get transferred by Primary Bid to your account automatically.
Okay so i guess need to look into primary bid , thanks gor your help, i take it its just another platform ? And can link into hl or nah sorry to sound stupid
As markie916 said, they were available on Primary Bid. They were way over allocated though so everyone ended up with £500 worth + 2.x% (can't remember the exact figure).
They were available last week but had to close early.
Hi Suds007. I googled and found the people organising the IPO (Primary Bid are the company) and applied online. I selected how many shares I wanted and paid. If I wasnt allocated any shares I'd have been given a refund for all or part of the monies paid depending if I received some or none of my request. I got all the shares I asked for but I wasnt greedy. So nothing special just luck to have applied in time.
Hi there new trader here, i would like yo know if someone is generous enough to share how you got a share price of 5p for this share before going onto the stock market as i paid a hell of a lot more .... like mid 20's . Is there some sort of secret to trade before shares are put on the stock and share market pre ipo's or am i missing something here, i trade with hl and despite them showing up as 20p a share they still wanted 27p a share when you went for a deal online im confused hope someone can help, good luck to all those who brought at 5p
