HKK - some of those costs will be one-off costs and not recurring in order to get the company off the ground. This is normal and expected and priced in. Your list of expenses looks long but is same for any company and a £1.15m cash burn in 3 months, for a company at this point in its journey, is good IMO.
Hope you can find something positive in this very positive RNS.

Digital marketing will end up the biggest drain on cash.
Total necessity with a direct to consumer model.
Did you read the commentary about the December cash position? I have and you have not.
& legal
I’m not negative - been here a long time just realistic
Just need Beckham to advertise for free
Well you have to add up
Raw materials
Manufacture costs
Offices
Energy
Packaging
Logistics
Advertising
PR
Staff costs
Insurances
Testing & Approval
SEO
Influencer samples
Partner margins
Stock
Etc
Launching products in retail isn’t cheap
As long as sales strong it won’t be an issue but that cash will go quick until revenue comes in
“Net cash amounted to £10.32m as at 31 August 2021. Net cash as at 1 December 2021 was £9.15m.”
3 month burn rate pre launch is £1m appx in 3 months
Depends how big their launch costs are …
Very happy with the RNS. £9m in the bank ready for PR push.
I’m also in arb so know PW well from that. One thing CBX will get is updates - he strongly believes in transparency and Shareholder engagement so I’m sure he will push AA to do the same. Perhaps monthly updates and Twitter Q&A’s.
All positive for me….apart from current SP obviously.
Get Xmas out of the way and then we can dance.
Hi all, did a high level review of the accounts. Looks all good. We should be glad our management don’t go spending cash like confetti. Provides confidence for the future in the BOD and the company.
I believe all marketing will start in the new year.
I am personally very happy with that RNS.
“They will need more cash & explains why PR company not engaged yet” - I don’t agree they will need more cash with a healthy balance as at 01.12.21 of £9.15m
? A comprehensive omni-channel marketing campaign will commence in February 2022 to support Cellular's sales drive, in-line with industry best-practice whereby new beauty and wellness products typically go on sale early in the year to coincide with consumers' focus on self-care and forming positive habits. The timing will also avoid the hyper competitive pre-Christmas rush where return on advertising spend is poor for new entrants.
I think they explain this very well with solid reasoning behind it. Also now revenue generating.
Looking forward to the future here.

Why do i get the feeling that every time HKK posts it will be negative?
HKK, the company has given the reason that the major uplift in promotion isn’t to kick in until the new year. Not value for money to do it before xmas, wait until new year when everyone does the health kick, dont be a bed wetter after a few days of negative sp, all good here.
How much are you expecting it to cost?
“Net cash as at 1 December 2021 was £9.15m.”
