Buyout on the cards to take private at the cheap price?
Couldn't help myself, been out for 12 months, but with Darcy going, decided to forgo my daily Costa and buy back in!
I’ve seen that , just not sure what the plan is from them , let’s hope it’s all for the greater good 👍
Paul,
Interesting, look at Nicholas Lyth. He's listed as the Director as of the 9th of January. He is the Financial Director for Dispersion Holdings plc, Clarify Pharma Plc and NFT Investments PLC, look at what those companies do. Also Dispersion Holdings plc are registered to the same address as CEL AI ???
Good morning all , maybe somebody can answer this simple question as I am struggling with it.
Cel AI has been registered as a private limited company see link below
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/15399705/filing-history
Why would a PLC transfer into a private limited company , it’s registered already , why are they up to ? Or am I getting concerned for no reason ?
I'm expecting another director dealing RNS tomorrow and more beyond. How much of the company does the new CEO want? 5%? 10%? 20%? Will he buy everything he can under a penny? Will he pay more?
Interesting times ahead at last ;-)
Another 2 million buy printed. Looks like more director buys. Rns coming on Monday
2-1 more buys then sells this morning.
He's holding 9.4mil shares, so about 50k worth.
All bought in 2024 so he must know this is going up 💥
Wish I could get that gig! Must be easier money than trading
Petro…….I can only assume you are paid to de-ramp shares. You say the same pump and dump quote on the other 11 shares companies you are commenting on. 🤔
Petro do you even read before you post 6k lol
CTT- I’m not no sure about that , the SP is struggling to stay above the 0.5-0.6p range consistently, it’s a day traders dream ( best of luck to them btw)
Nobody trusts CBX long term atm , Mike Edwards and maybe Matthew Lodge have a lot to do to create positive long term sentiment again.
Plus what is happening with Kingtide ? We paid over £500k for this and for what ? Not even a mention yet
Great, likely an issue above 0.7p in that case.
Partnerships are also being explored I'm sure, SkinQ would be an interesting one.
Another good buy from the CEO.
H is confident and I'm not suprised at these prices.
My only concern [ and I do hold here but being realistic] is if we get a placement to pay for this development] and the higher the SP the better chances of raising is.
It could be well off yet anyway and for newbies this is a brilliant development so far and LTHs hopefully averaged down a bit and a company that looked finished has a new chance
GLA
This is being pumped by the usual pump-and-dump crews. Stay away, or you will be left holding the bag!
2 million buy printed. Peeps loading up
Director only bought £6k worth of shares 🤣🤣
Ddon't expect this company Mcap to be £100 million after his peanut buy 🤣🤣
I’ve picked up more on the back of his latest buy, he’s upped his trade and price quite happily. 2p hood for me
He has an average of 0.00406.
How lucky was Mike to buy when he did…
To have closed yesterday at 0.47, a director buying above this level is great for shareholders as this would typically indicate the share price will rise above 0.07.
Is that a good or a bad thing?
Bought @ 0.707p
Cellular Goods (LSE: CBX), a UK-based company pioneering the use of lab-based and biosynthetic production methods for wellness and sustainability solutions, announces that Michael Edwards (Executive Director of Cellular Goods) has purchased a total of 1,400,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), the details of which are set out in the notification below. Following this purchase, Michael Edwards holds a total of 9,400,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.56 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
I wouldn’t mind seeing Toms article?
I know he mentions Beckam no longer backs CBX, and Tom has written a letter to report to FCA, but for what?
Changing Company name , new director , shares flying on no real justified news.
Seen this so many times , want to believe Company won’t go into Administration or I loose the lot!
