I'm down on this share got in although 10p, although I was under the impression they're going for the luxury brand market. I think a relaxation massage cream for adults would sell well. I'm just not sure about the pet Market, but keen to hear what cellular come up with.
Still: release of products should lift the stock, so as you say boring until they reach that milestone. I hear Beckham has been involved with this since 2018, and quite passionate about it. Maybe we'll be pleasantly surprised, especially if Victoria can help it along too.
If they can get the branding perfect, and make it a desirable fashionable product, we could be onto a winner.
Windows, totally agree. I am still have a position to run after takin half of my investment at 13.5 p I would have loved to take it off earlier, but my subscription at 5p did not arrive on my account in time. No one knows where this will be going. I hope this will deliver, but un less they have exclusive rights to the synthetic cannabis, it may be easily copied by bigger fish. I also do not know the honesty and integrity of the founders. We all believed in Woodford.
hi Grodan Thank you for your reply. i agree with your comments totally, this stock is a total gamble, the down side is easy to calculate everyone who has shares in this company loses all their money. including me, thats easy. but...... The upside of this industry / company into a completely new market could be phenomenal, i will be there either way
Window, it is already creams to reduce pains on the market like Voltarol and many others. I am not convinced any cannabis products is any better. In the end investors will only buy into profits. At the moment it is just an idea in a hot market. When you buy this stock on flotation you are paying the people behind the idea. There are many things that could go wrong, nothing is certain.
Cbx will be announcing their 6 month results and operational update in May I am told. Not much in terms of results, but hopefully some good operational update to come regarding product development etc.
All the hype during the initial float has now passed, the quick money has been made, now is the boring time until products are launched & we can see the potential of this new company Management team looks good Time is right for this new product on a global scale i have been thinking, independent of the product launch / sales etc, who does this new pain relief product hurt financially ? answer i think is the drug companies, if you can rub a cream on for arthritis instead of taking a expensive drug , with all its side effects, i would They have deep pockets & could snap up this baby company for nothing ( £ 500m ) & incorporate into there portfolio they can have my shares for 100p no problem
Hi Amran - I'm hoping they save the news for a press launch. I think the market makers are playing with the SP, why would anyone sell at 8p? or less. See what happens next week. Everything I've got seems to be in freefall at the moment. CBX is the worst because it's my biggest holding. I hope you are having better luck with your investments. Have a good weekend.
We are in a very bearish territory and the company needs to announce some positive news or this will further drift away.. it will be some painful months until news of product launches, contracts and distribution lands. The hiring this week is all good, but the market needs more substance
My top-up seems to be bit immature. Not adding any more until firm breakout. @HereKittyKitty That's my plan to buy on dips and wait till Autumn. Don't know how low this can go but would not be surprised if this go near 5p as MM will try to scare people.
Centro likewise many years here too and experience of both examples you gave in the learning stages lol.
What I have learnt tho is that while we may not always see an obvious reason for big rises falls in the end there always is a reason even if it's on pure pump and dump or the other way round fear of missing out or actual meaningful news good or bad. In the end you ask yourself what is it really worth based on future value, how long before that value is achieved and are you day trading, swing trading or long term investor.
If you believe the q4 plans here then maybe you invest now long term as price should be higher when the real news lands in the meantime day or swing trading here will be looking for short term gains on boredom distressed selling which bounces then that inturn attracts more to follow only to find after a 10% bounce it's back to where it was or lower exactly what happened here yesterday today lol
If this were an oil or gas company mcap would probably be 15-20m based on we have nothing yet but exploring and fair chance of hitting something big short to mid term.
So when you see this at 40m mcap that's more like an oil company in production at 2-3000 bopd.
The 5p IPO price here is a significant base for sure so closer you get to that slightly more interesting it becomes risk v reward although nothing actually rules out this under IPO price lol
Having said all that I am still drawn to this for some reason perhaps it is just purely the price now v 20p plus IPO day excitement suggests current must be a bargain lol either way I will feel more comfortable risk reward sp closer to 7p and feel no rush or fomo in the meantime but seriously gla whatever happens ;)
Buythedip1984 - I have seen on numerous occasions people scare shares from new investors. People like this one. Just remember, they know no more than anyone else and to quote numbers the way that they do is an indication of their level of intelligence. This person can NOT put a value on CBX.
Bethany 1. I understand your thinking, but after many years of personal share trading, i still can't tell the best time to buy or sell. i have brought in on shares ( long term) that i thought would fall a little, only to find they quickly rocket for no apparent reason. :) and brought shares that thought rise 5 fold in a short space of time, and had to bail out smartish. best of luck with your plan.
No issues get quotes to buy high volume after yesterday's dead cat bounce lol but I won't because this will be under 8p soon. Mcap needs to fall below 40m then maybe bit more interest here. There is no rush to buy as nothing interesting to buy into yet, another few months maybe and by then closer to 7p then I am in ;)
