Done my stint, passing the baton to you guys to see it home :)
$80 pb * 600 barrels (154 Well) would generate over $17,000,000 gross Revenue if the oil price/ flow rate remained the same.
Heavens forbid if the Devonian (A8) were to flow at 6,000 barrels per day.
Be surprised if it doesn't retest $100.00 at some point.
A lot of wells ruined by being locked in, fracking funding, bad debts makes reinvestment harder.
Lack of investment in new wells ( as highlighted by CASP themselves in recent RNS ) means whole industry has less ability to open taps at will.
If CASP has increased production and more pipeline drills for whatever is flowing i.e shallow or deep wells then it could rerate within this bubble.
Meanwhile crude slowly drifting north. Through $ 77 and maybe we get a go at $80. All good for Casper so let’s get a few more barrels on the scoreboard .
In the past I've bought at 8.95p and sold at 12.75p (only buy to sell trade I've done).
75p would put me in the multi millionaire's club :-)
All to play for.
Typo :Oil SHOWS but hopefully flows.
I was there to see the 75p and the demise to 1.5p :-(
Quite simply, nobody knows the value of the deeps until they flow the first one and get the appraisals flowing so they can do the CPR. They've only drilled into the Carboniferous thus far and need to prove up that 58km2 statement. The deeper carbonate structures in the Mississippian and Devonian yet to drilled so a complete unknown. Could be nothing, could be billions but the A8 oil flows are encouraging but we've seen that on every well thus far but no cigar, YET.
CC, all possible but would like to see it become probable then proven. 40km from that little field called Tengiz, another elephant or 2 ? nobody knows. Can't ramp it until Caspian deliver some goods but would be good to have some fun with ridiculous valuations from the 'hot money' brigade and i'll probably go along with it :-)
KK, should that post have been to CC? no need to tell me about CASP's potential lol!
Next couple of weeks will see the share price flatline for a while as per imo, with the usual dip.
Lots of topping up to do here in the coming weeks.
Did you just mention 75p? you deramper you ;- )
KK, at the risk of being accused of ramping the Cuppas at 14 and 24 look very attainable don't they ?
Devonian comes in and Majors interested 75p sure why not, more like a bucket at a 50 bagger though.
CC,
You obviously like a cuppa whilst your tweeting. What's our Zak Mir thinking of the current chart. I'm not a TA man but can see very large cuppas at 4/6/14/18/26/45 & 75p, actually bath would be a more apt description. Anything to add ?

Somm,
The wheels will have to come off for us to see 2p again. Too much in the pipeline and probably only leveraged players would be likely sellers or forced sellers.
After 14 years, Caspian still have that monkey on their back as quite simply, they haven't delivered success. The deeps have alluded them to date and the shallow campaign is not where it should be, especially when you read the expectations in the 2017/2018 Investor Presentations when it was 24 wells, 8000 bopd and loads of busses, sadly that didn't happen.
The opportunity was huge in 2007, it is bigger now. The BNG acreage is roughly the same size as the inside area of the M25 ! and they are operating in oil rich Kaz. It's not as if they haven't found oil, they have and most exploration wells are duds and P&A'd. The oil is there, they continue to spend money on the remedial work and maybe Mr Shin can make the difference on all the wells going forward.
The pendulum is swinging from risk to reward, that is a fact.
Doubt we'll see 2p, but I expect the share price to hover around the 3p mark over the next two weeks until next news it out.
The three intervals with oil shows on the way down to the Devonian bodes well for a Devonian oil strike - I reckon around 22 days to hit TD.
So after testing the 153 Well for 5 days or so they may wait to report the results until after they've tested the Devonian too in one OP's Update.
5th time lucky on the Devonian reservior - could be the one?
As Bradley Walsh would say '' got be an it''. :- )
The only way it goes there is if 153 fails, 154 depletes quickly and SY licence not awarded. Always risks CC but the odds are in our favour now and wagers placed. If sp went back to early 2s, people would load up and I have a couple of pals still sitting on the sidelines waiting to pull the trigger but hoping that the sp will weaken. They know my thoughts and train has left the station, we’ll soon find out whether it’s the Rocket or the Bullet.
Back to 2p and I’ll be selling some if my boring divi players like Crest Homes or maybe a few RDSBs and loading it into Casper . Unfortunately it’s not going back there unless there’s a geopolitical issue or they’ve fallen out of favour with the authorities a la Max Petroleum…..aaaahhhhhh.
Northwards fro her sir and let’s hope it’s on the Bullet.
So back to 2p on the next rns then : )
Hopefully there are many investors are excited at the prospect of a major turnaround here.
I still keep feet firmly planted and certainly not counting chickens, this is Caspian after all. As you know, nothing guaranteed and they need to deliver 153 and SY licence as that takes the company into a very good position. The barge commentary was promising and personally I believe that happens as it will be required now OE is happening in the N Caspian.
3AB also could be a huge revenue generator but the company makers are the deeps. Can our new COO make the difference ? lets hope so.
Nothing guaranteed but this is now a very attractive play taking into account recent developments. Shallow production increasing and barge revenue are likely, if that transpired then we make money from here and everything else is a free ride and we’re fortunate that some of their assets are company makers.
We’ve talked about £1 party, many would think that extreme as Casper would then be a £2bn company but it could be far greater than that dependant on the deeps and that’s part of the excitement.
KO planned debt swap timing was a pretty good indicator of what’s to come.
1 bag or a 100, we make money here.
KK it's good to see someone excited on here for a change. It was a depressing 18 months.
…lol
Rhertig, just let KK run himself into a frenzy, he'll do it for us : ) : )
I'll dm u something on T.
Cc,
Mr Rig could’ve dumped a few million this week when market was well bid and hasn’t unless late reported sells to be posted. Why ? They know that CE could generate millions as can 153 so they’re probably in the long camp as of now.
The A8 news fell on deaf ears and I’d wished that they’d published a bit more data on the intervals that had oil shows in the mud logs. A5, our first discovery, the sp went 8 times on the mention of oil shows !! The seismic has obviously been misinterpreted as they didn’t expect to find oil between last TD and 4840m. Maybe a gigantic see if oil, part of Tengiz …lol .This is why we invest in OE minnows, especially in geography where elephants have been discovered. Oil all the way down to the Devonian ? why not but can Mr Shin change the outcome to get it to flow ?
153, SY and A8 in short order, maybe CE deal. 1&2 would be great , 3 would be fantastic, 4, a company maker.
Meanwhile crude doing nicely at $76.
CC delve away. Lets ratchet up the conversation.
KK reloaded a while ago, first news is getting close so time to promote it.
First time I can ever remember the stacked news flow that we have that will enable a production line of RNS to add to the S.P.
I only listed 10 points there are more and each can be delved into in more detail.
Loaded up CC....lol
We're not quite in ramp mode yet and hopefully we get more ammunition to talk positively about NAV and future prospects. Proven results will build sentiment and we will get blue sky factored in, absolutely sweet FA currently. Old KO swapping debt, that was definitely the trigger to add a few more Caspers and maybe 2021 is the year that they finally started the rise to mid market OEP company, long overdue.
The conversation re CE is with an International Player so probably Chevron, Exxon, Total or BG maybe. Likelihood is that they'll flog the barge and if so, the number must be $75-100m at least.
TT.
What Next ?
-Well 154 drill results - September.
-South Yelemes International Licence - October.
-South Yelemes horizontal drilling into shallow wells thereafter to inc production.
-Yelemes deep well 802.
-A8 drilling to Devonian already encountered three new areas of hydrocarbons on the way.
-3AB new licence to 15% new owner who is to pay for the first drill and if successful may make an offer on the whole field that --surrounds and has everything under 2500 of Totals Dunga field.
-Boaty Mc Drill Face confirmation of new contract.
-Operational update highlighting the increased production numbers.
-Deep wells A5 and A6 Acid recipe from Dutch specialist company.
-Contract news on pipework to tie back MJF wells 153 and 154 into the MJF production hub.
There are 10 items, any one of which will move the share price, some of them are potential company makers.
Go find me another AIM oily that has so much potential news flow that isn't factored in to the share price.
News to drop in regular intervals between now and Q1 2022, it's been a buy and accumulate for a while.
10p may be a target for some, it is not the destination for many.
Before end of next week hopefully. Should be a slam dunk after 154 result, drilling horizontally into a proven oil reservoir. 4 material announcements in Q4 at least ? 153, SY, A8, CE and maybe a couple more shallow wells. 1 & 2 very likely positive results, A8 ? CE ? What's not to like ?
Circa 10 days max till well 154 initial flow rates if it runs same as 153.
