lucky sod!!
to right, no trades for days and weeks . then day before trading update 5-6 trades. someone knew something
This rose well over 10% out of nowhere in the 2 days before the last announcement, clearly some dodgy dealings going on. I'm sure the regulators will do nothing about it though...
Dunno quite where your going with all that.. Insidesales..com product doesn't mention Bullhorn and can't do voice recording...so would seem inferior, so how come that is that 'old tech'? Cloudcall listed as a partner on Bullhorn so you seem a bit confused and and a bit desperate to de-ramp. No offence intended.
Old tech. Look at the Gartner Magic quadrant and tell me if Cloudcall are on their. This tech is already old. More innovation has already happened. Look at insidesales.com. Bullhorn talk about Fuze regularly, not Cloudcall. Why is that? Bullhorn have integrations with at least 10 communications providers. There is no IP here. Salesforce, have about 30, many other CRM also have plenty of providers they already integrate with. Clients don't buy the integration. Good luck anyhow.
Wow, so a 50% revenue growth stated in todays RNS...and all that with a cr*p product and useless sales force! All comments are welcome i'm sure but unfortunate that you choose to air them on the same day as this rather upbeat RNS. If i was you, i'd be shorting these....
Don't get defensive, the sales teams are rubbish, a product never sells itself. There are 100 hosted providers in the US. They are not even a True Cloud provider. They don't own their own tech or architecture. Its based on traditional vendors, that's the limitation. Hosted is a dead model, true cloud is owned and developed by the vendor. In the UK there are also 100's of hosted providers. These are are not disruptive, Fuze are - first to market with a True Unified communications platform ahead of Cisco, Microsoft etc. Hosted is not the future and this is what these guys do. Plus they have a pretty weak product and pretty weak Salesforce.
Hi Andre01 I guess that's your opinion and sure the major players might well have an edge right now. What you've got to remember is that they were small companies before becoming market leaders. Without new companies pushing innovation the industry stagnates. We welcome new technology as it drives progressive companies forward. I assume you're not invested here - in which case take your comments elsewhere please.
Estimated at £23m - £1.15 a share. Once she gets there I'll review.
Are rubbish. I'm senior in a Gartner Leader for Unified Comms. Cloudcall cannot compete with Fuze, 8*8 or RingCentral. New to the market Dialpad either. Fuze is by far the dominant enterprise player and soon Microsoft with PBX Skype in the cloud will also compete. Fuze, Ring and 8*8 have Bullhorn integration. Yes its a growing market, but you have to have great architecture, great user experience and pedigree. Cloudcall is a very small player and cannot compete globally.
New to the share. Fundamentals look good. Hoping a wise investment
Sounds plausible... well something def seems to be afoot with so many recent and different director buys, quantities are decent too....
The way this could go would be for Bullhorn to go public with an IPO in the new year. They have been talking of such for some time and reports suggested 2016/17 as likely timeframe. Soon after this a bid for Cloudcall takes place. Alternatively Bullhorn partner Cloudcall and distribute their CRM software, etc. into Europe through the UK based outlet. Good sales ensue with the pound at low levels making their product seem good value. All positive outcomes - but please - this is pure speculation! It's worth holding on to see if Bullhorn IPO comes to life. In the meantime Cloudcall is a decent business in a lively sector. GLA.
If this is/will be punished due to their dependence on doing business in the USA (with Bullhorn amongst others) and Trumps stance on doing business with other countries.
panda - exactly mate. Strange time to be leaving when things are 'going so well' hmmmm Perhaps they should have a new name like "Cloudcuckooland" or Cloudcockup"? Just look at the SP, that's telling you all you need to know.
Not a good sign if the founder leaves a company, it's usually seen as a red flag. If everything was rosy why the hell would he want to leave.
Seeman leaving. The 'inventor', technical brains and ideas man decides to go. I wouldn't think the market will like this development.
Entered today with 9000 shares Good price, recent placing at premium, software good, hosted VOIP is a growing market, in America. Can see this going back to old highs over time!
Mellinckrodt cleared out. Should release the sp now.
Progressing well, you can see the revenue and growth going to tip the balance in the right direction imo.
been pretty stable since brexit. Considering they do majority of business in the states, (our to be new free trade partner) fallback seems unjustified. Time for news imo.
being overlooked by the investment community imo. More to come from CloudCall. Good proven products that get accepted by the target market are going to be successfull. longterm. Corner about to turn on next update imo. Sh11tehead traders going to get caught out on this one.
