This will turn, hope comes into it, but the business is being run well making a profit and looking to invest in new projects. Anything connected to property is not wanted at the moment. I am going to hold these until i get my 50 to 60p
Happy Hope Year !!!

lets hope CAL can make some gains in 2012, i think even with good results the stock market takes a lot of pleasing at the moment. I am happy to hold this share as we are at the bottom now so the only way is up.

yes she is sinking, but so are most other shares at the moment. Hope we get a lift in december but not sure now if we will see the dizzy hieghts of 40p plus this year. I see the directers have been buying heavy so i am sure they know the results are going to be good.I just invested a scary amount in lloyds at 22.2p hopeing in 2 or 3 years that will be a good investment. The stock market is showing some bargin buys at the moment if you have funds.
I think she's sinking again. Have you got lifebuoys ?
Thanks
Looks very positive, they have some great propertys that are in good locations that companys are still wanting to rent.Radar in my opinion CAL is growing strong not weaker and as the profits are going to come in from that then the share price should inprove. The trouble is with all this crap going on in greece ect, alot of good companys are not being supported in the stock market. I said a strong finish to the year as there results are in december.
One question. Why ?
This is looking good for a strong finish to the year
Nice to see him buying some shares
I think these are going to fly, hold another 6 to 12 months should see a strong rise in share price.
The news this week is very positive. In fact, I have thought that the stock has been undervalued for some time. Certainly the sell off down from 39/40p over the last fortnight has been unwarranted, in my view. Despite the downturn, the company has managed to really turned itself around and its gearing level is now prudent. The only question is whether a double dip of sorts may force more retailers to the wall - thereby affecting rent and occupancy levels. I think the difference between now and 2008 is that a lot of the retailers on the edge have been weeded out and I see a change in the typical Mall tenants towards those which are more resilient to any more economy wide issues (e.g. 99p stores). The brokers reiteration of their outperform rating is also comforting in this respect.
Very pleased with progress, this company has gots its act back together. Looking forward to the future when divi then we will see a strong rise in share price.
M DOWN DEAR - WAS GOING FOR THE PINK
M DOWN CALM DOWN
Can you throw another one, a big one this time ?
