Thanks FFC. google is showing up 6% and rising but early on was slightly up on recorded sells. I guess the 2 X 2 million sells were genuine. I have decided to top up before the 11th of this month and now is not a bad price, if c21 can maintain a dividend then it will underpin the price. If it can't keep the divi going then the bottom price will be very low!! Good luck but my opinion is (for what it is worth) a good / great little company.
Spread now is 10 - 11p. Just done a dummy buy and was quoted 10.4 to buy. So can still buy below mid price and buys at this level will show as sells.
My buy was the 10,000 at 08:21 yesterday. Like you I was a little concerned to see my buy immediately followed by a 2 mill sell and then another 2 mill sell. If these had come through before my buy i would probably have held off until the trading statement on the 13th. 4 million shares is just over 4% of the issued shares and 6% of the shares in free float so we may get a holdings RNS that clarifies the situation.
Forgot to add that if that was a large Sell, I would have thought with the current Market Cap' we'd have seen a possible drop in the SP but it's on the up this AM. Perhaps some share swapping going on.
Hi DEBS1, I was away yesterday and suprised to see these two large Sells. At 10.31p these are Buys and two large Sells cancelled. However I read it as 4 mill' sold yesterday for whatever reason. A bit concerning so near to the Trading Statement. Guess I'm a bit wary as you are regarding adding. Have to see what happens over the next few days. Take care !
Hi . which of the 'sells' was your buy? I have been trying to work out what is going on with c21 for a while. I hold a few and would top up before the trading statement if I could build a picture but if buys show as sells who knows where we are!! It could have been 4 million sells yesterday - big numbers just before a company update - should I be fearful? Is Mr Gullihammer playing again? If so for which side? Any thoughts? Debs 1
big trade...........
Just popped a few of these in my ISA. All trades at 10.312 showing as sells are actually buys.
Interesting post chan. I think it shows a more mature portfolio of transport security systems than people realise. Lets hope the 13th of August shows this being transferred to the bottom line and therefore a rise in the share price. Improving company in my opinion - a good aim buy and hold. DEBs

The Company's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2013 will be published on 13 August 2013.
Nice to see a lift today. No news I can find, but something raises the SP even if undetected! I note from the website that the Album Conference created renewed interest from Transport Leaders at the end of last month. See___ http://www.21stplc.com/latest-news/album-conference-2013.php
oversold on daily and weekly stochastics/rsi and contracts expected. watch.
At these prices this is a great yielding stock for he aim market. The market has plenty of opportunities for future growth too and is less volatile that most stocks traded on aim. 6.5% is excellent in times of low savings rates and its tax free!
Hi DEBS1. A bit flat at present but let's hope the second half goes well. The AGM has taken place as per the second RNS. ___ 21st Century Technology plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions proposed were duly passed by shareholders.
thanks for the update chan
Trading results at public transport CCTV and vehicle monitoring systems specialist 21st Century are ahead of the board's forecasts for the first five months of this year. But it says that as in previous years, its sales targets are weighted toward the second half of the year. Chairman Jan Holmstrom will tell the annual general meeting later today (28 May): "Generally the market does remain subdued and consequently we are encountering delays in progressing a number of potential sales. Given the value of these, the board currently expects revenues for the full year to be similar to those achieved in the year to 31 December 2012 at around £14m. "These previously anticipated new sales have been impacted by a number of significant overseas customers needing to obtain funding from local transport authorities before committing to new projects whilst others, who are trialling EcoManager, potentially now being obligated to go through tender processes because of the large value of these contracts. "In the UK, business with our existing customers continues to be robust and we await the outcome of a significant renewal tender. We are developing new opportunities in our Rail CCTV division and recurring revenue streams from maintenance contracts with our existing bus CCTV customers but progressing new customer opportunities in the UK bus market is proving slower than expected."

big trade?....
Agree DEBS1, they read fine considering a tough year out there. We've kept up with last year, increased EPS and cash in the bank. Sounds as though there's more in the pipeline. I note a new face is sought to expand overseas sales. Good luck to 21st for this year.
Well done C2, good results and a dividend of 0.7p per share. Great news. Good all round results and working hard to expand the systems pan europe.
I am guessing C21 results are in and they are favorable. Looking forward to the RNS.
Ok. Yes it will be interesting to see the next results. The SP has held up well since the start of 2013. With one large Swedish Shareholder Peter Gyllenhammer and Jan Holstrom on the Board I guess Scandinavia is well covered for contacts. It would be great to see the needed growth from Europe and further afield. I have a sneaky feeling C21 is undervalued at the current price and further growth would be very welcome.
Thanks for the update reminder. Lets hope for good results and especially info. re. future prospects. Europe news will be interesting to hear about, all public transport should have passenger, driver/vehicle/ fuel efficiency and traffic monitoring. I wonder who could provide that!!
