Happy Easter to you to. Enjoy and chill.
When you throw a stone across a pond, it makes a ripple. Ripples are rather like nipples Bertie. Very sensitive and ripe for the picking. In fact, if everyone picked a nipple a day, the world would be a better place. Happy Easter Berts.
Addendum, do you actually believe mands what we scribe will make any difference?
Agree Bertie. Apologies for berating you yesterday. You have a good and genuine heart. Just got my period!
Mandy , I agree with you on most political things. Woke is ruining the country. Starmer was the lawyer who took the labour party to court and won in 2010. meaning we have to pay illegals benefits.
But its your confrontational nature that spoils the BB. I can agree to disagree with Aus, leave politics alone and just wish to read about BT updates / news.
Up . Nice!
Bertie , I have no problem with anyone's sexually. It's their business. Just like my finances. However, I will not stand by and watch a once proud nation and its people be cowed by minorities bereft of values and full of bile and hatred for the mainstream.
Are you happy now Aus? see what you have unleashed.
For the record Aus, I have no problem with *** men. It means more women for heterosexual men. *** men are all so handsome , heterosexual men wouldn't get a look in if *** men weren't ***. If we can no longer use the word *** in relation to sexuality, can we use it in it's original context (i.e. meaning happy and light-hearted)? Actually that was a rhetorical question. *** is another word that has disappeared from the English language (in any context) due to the sick woke culture that is enveloping us all. Worse still, it's even now brainwashing very young children in schools across the UK. That, in my mind, is a heinous crime; worse, even, than allowing people suffering from Covid to die alone, in agony, without the comforting hand of a relative or friend. Shame on us all for that.
From Phat: The way you panic and lose the plot when the SP goes down , makes me think you have nothing , i doubt you even have BT shares. Its all just a part of this imaginary world you have constructed , just to gain attention.
Thanks for the post Phat. What I have and have not are none of your business. The SP yesterday was £1.09. Result of class action pending (large fine would probably result in another cut in the dividend), mountain of debt growing, pension fund in the red, CAPEX on fibre rollout increasing, customer numbers falling, bloated workforce, too many levels of management, too many databases, no vision from top to bottom (i.e. management and workforce), continual government/Ofcom interference. The only current solution is to make cuts that should have been made years ago. I wasn't panicking until now Phat. I was just angry. In fact, anyone who has shares in BT and/or works for them (or has worked for them) should be panicking as well. Without a bid, BT is dead in the water. For the life of me, I cannot understand how you and your comrades at the CWU appear to be blind to these facts. They are not imaginary. They are real. As to my ideas about how these woesmight be solved, surely that is what this board is supposed to be about.
Not a problem Aus. You have your view. I have mine. As I said, I don't want to talk about politics anymore. This board isn't about that and I should not have raised the subject in the first place.
Hey Mandy. There is another thing we disagree on, your politics are bit wayward.
As a lifelong Conservative voter (until 2016) I can readily see there is nothing conservative or decent about the Conservative Party or ukip/reform/Britain first/BMP Party.
Wake up Mandy, decent types like you shouldn’t be voting for despicable people in these pretend political regimes. Your personal wealth & wellbeing won’t benefit from your dark side being tickled by bad people.
larry love your (telling) voting logic. your interest in other peoples personal business and or life choices and or pro noun choices (a la pretend culture war)
seems to superceed the reality of untold corruption and incompetence in the conservative party or an inevitable repeat of the same by opportunist, ******, leave loving, russian sponsored, divisive lunatics to be found in reform.
i find it perplexing why someone born male who identifies as a woman & who someone with empathy (in this case starmer) struggles to find the kindest description to use would be such a deal breaker
i do wonder where madness lays?. fifty years ago politicians with empathy would have struggled to find the kindest words to use publicly for *** men. it’s no different.
please try to think yourself out of right wing bigoted propaganda. if you can.
To answer your question Larry , "can a woman have a John Thomas?"
Well Mandy does
Can a Woman have a John Thomas? Keir Starmer doesn’t seem to not know the answer to that, nor do a number of labour MPs. On that basis I’ll struggle to be vote Labour.
Dont worry about my money mandy , its good, legal and paid by BT. I am concerned that you dont have £100 , your hardly a reputable and decent character. The way you panic and lose the plot when the SP goes down , makes me think you have nothing , i doubt you even have BT shares. Its all just a part of this imaginary world you have constructed , just to gain attention.

Last thing I will say on politics is that Conservatives and Reform will combine to win enough seats to beat a floundering Labour. The only outstanding things about Labour are Rayner's knockers. The rest of the high-ups are all losers. You only have to look at their 'cabinet' to see that. Not a pretty sight. Get your money ready Phatso.
Research done, and can’t see this law suit effecting the share price too much. Santander got fined £108 million in 2022 for historical AML breaches and didn’t do anything to the share price
I will take that bet , £100 (or 20 of mandys shares) says Labour to win the next GE...... Easy money , like taking candy from a baby, money for old rope.
Its amazing , a subject mandy knows less about than share investment , politics.
A word of advice mandy , someone with your (1960's) bigoted views , should stay well away from comedy clubs ,or the public in general , for your own safety
Savage, I'll bet you £100 here and now that Labour will not win the next election. If they do, I'm off to Italy. It will be a disaster for the country losing me and an even bigger disaster for the working classes like your good self and Phat. It will be woke all the way. No one will be able to say a word about anything without looking over their shoulder. Went to a comedy show in trendy Hoxton the other night. This creature crawled onto the stage, looked like Ten Ton Tessie, skin obliterated by tattoos, rings all over the face and ears, fingers full of silver rings the size of knuckle dusters, blue hair. Even Phat wouldn't slip her a length. The first words that came from its lips were 'I suppose you've guessed I'm a....' That was my cue to get up and leave.
Only circumstance this hits £5 plus again is just after Labour win a second term in 2029/30... meanwhile rather than averaging down Mandy can drown his sorrows with plenty of Bells bought with the proceeds from the divi's!
Hi Savage , when do you see the SP hitting £5.00? As old mandy needs this price to break even
Have to confess I know not a scooby doo about this class action lawsuit, other than seeing it mentioned on here by a few. Knowing absolutely zero about the case what I will say is if compensation is rightly owed for a wrongdoing then a court will find so and will make a ruling for a fair compensation. Any compensation ruling will not award a handsome bounty to those disadvantaged, it'll only right the past wrong and perhaps may even fall slightly short of wholly righting it.
Sounds good, if it comes to pass. But what if BT gets a big fine in the class action, says £300m or, as a fellow poster suggested, £600m? Do you think that will affect the share price?
Correct, we should be seeing £1.65p easily for BT some point in the Spring/Summer ahead - the rollouts of FTTP and 5G are going well and income being generated by the annual price hiking on 1st Apr too.
