20 mins of NT for me, massive background buy ?
Well if Hanover are buying, they have to match the highest they paid.
I reckon free float has dropped from 8m to around 4m or less- just a guess but the way this is acting, all the hallmarks of nout available.
If youv'e calculated what you think its worth - stick with your conviction - its a one off. There will be an odd shake or 2, ignore them. All imo, naturally.
Not really - known offer, stated could increase, do your own valuation, see there's no free float and here we are.
I know what is worth to a competitor - its just will one of them come along
Ah thanks Jimzi didn't think of that
hammer time lol https://invst.ly/l02xo
To an ISA equivalent no doubt
No, Kestel client of 140k just shifted to his own account - transfer.

They don't want PI's realising and driving up the price.
There's no stock to buy!!
Is there any time limit?
250k
11.02 v 14.99
Got a feeling Gresham sold
Well bids rising and ridiculous for 250k
10.85 v 13.999.
There is no stock efffectively
That is a biggie from yesterday and yet the price has gone up
Well maybe the way the price is rising there is some truth to the 12p offer hmm
Not sure why you are suprised.
Hanover has said they will up the offer if another - personally I think they were unwise to say anything but there you go
Seeing this move above the offer price and stay there is quite unusual. I would definitely say from the way that this has moved that another offer may be incoming. Remains to be seen, but this has definitely surprised me somewhat I'll be honest.
Jimzi hh are acting on behalf of Canacord I think
Canaccord are listed on the website as having 10.2%
H Hale are part of Canaccord
Nice bit of pratting around with L2 prices on no vol.

For example, why was HH RNS differently titled to the others.
Thanks in advance
Cenkos return - I don't remember seeing any sales at 10.484 - were there any?
You have 100s of peeps punting away on MTRO where literally no one knows what is going to happen and betting against big corp shorters [probably cause the ROE is dire]- here no interest when we have a base valuation and the valuer said they will increase it if another offer comes in.
Then the oilies!!
If I was a competitor, based upon the 2018 figures, I would be prepared to offer up to £60m based upon being able to halve the fixed overhead by merging cost savings - that figure excludes any strategic benefits from the consolidated unit or growth factors. [ and current FX benefits]
