NAV growth (1 year to Sep 2021) 17.2%
Last NAV £4.06

Analysis from Kepler Positive: "given the low valuations in the regions and the tailwinds towards commodities, we believe could offer a potentially attractive entry point"

BRLA has a discount control mechanism. This includes a tender offer to buy a quarter of the shares in 2022 at close to net asset value if: 1) the trust underperforms the benchmark index by more than 1 per cent per annum over the four financial years to 31 December 2021 or 2) the discount has on average exceeded 12 per cent over the same four years. This mechanism should help to put a floor under the discount in the near term.
Bull Case: Reflation and rising commodity prices make the bull case for Latin America
Bear Case: Political risk is significant with fiercely contested elections
Yes I’m here too....drip feed every month. That’s the share not me!
Hello Sid! (only three years too late)
Another first tranche purchase for me today. Added a few BRLA to the income portfolio. Not expecting fireworks but steady dividends will do nicely.
hello?
...Then its a good time to buy...haha!! Will be buying some over next week, after I decide to sell my stake in IMT...!
Nothing serious happening here.... these little crumb rises aint helping me. I need a roar and a jump. What we holding gents? Im strapping 15K dont feel comfortable sharing my av. Slightly embarassing.
I have many funds and trusts amongst my stocks itself. I recently bought ALAI start of last week, wonder if I should buy this one, having recently seen that Blackrock have changed the weighting ratio's with reducing VALE holding out of top 10%. If I were to buy here it would be with a 190% gain from IMT. Or should I use it start a position in ADN... It would be a LONG position I would take like 10yrs. I know there are many hurdles on this, and unsure how risky this fund is compared to where it was maybe last year? Views would be great...
12.5% rise in last few weeks not bad at all :)
Don't waist you money on here here a poor performing share wish I never touched then! :(
About time it started to perform!
This is showing strong bullish trends for the forthcoming 18mths. NAV 639p and has a div of 3.2%. Vale is top holding with 10.8% of portfolio. The Share Magazine in March 1st had it as a buy when 575p.
How often are they paid with this stock/fund? cheers....
