No, not standard wording but they are making shareholders fully aware for transparency - we can all read.
15 love to Ross unfortunately brynjon............!
if you do dat......... :()
All the best (Ross is a master swerve server..........! ()
Argument for arguments sake - whilst I am sure you would want to continue this inane tennis match style argument I will end it here.
Robbla
The implication being that this is very much standard wording? Afraid not. This relates to BPC’s particular circumstances - breached conditions etc.
You understand that as a responsible and regulated PLC company they are obligated to say that?
Or Ross will repeat his post over 'n over............!
man it's tiring........... :(
All the best (you's two :()
On the CLN maybe - there are other sources of information - perhaps you need to have another read/listen through the many updates made by the company.
Finance is not a one horse race.
brynjon
You said:
“many sources of finance available to BPC”
But on the two big CLN-based sources of finance, BPC’s latest stated position it that it has
“no ability to draw down on the ... convertible loan facilities and there can be no certainty that the facilities will be or remain available for drawdown in the future.”
Chesh - these little things should be of no concern to you . Why would they be?
The board has been hijacked with piffle and name calling - it used to be the domain of sharing of information gleaned by posters regarding BPC - the debate was usually about whether the nugget of information had holes in it and we would all go out of our way to try and discover holes or consider it to be watertight. Perhaps not as serious as that description of course.
It was rarely a place where we would be having a personal slanging match.
Every dog has its day as they say. Every man for himself. Anyone can of course post what they want.
Let us look more closely at the voyage of Stena Ice Max and see if the argument about whether or not this vessel or another will be utilised by BPC.
Finance - well - I think that has been done to death and the result being - many sources of finance available to BPC at varying cost levels including a possibility of a tie in.
EIA - Sorted
Oil - yet to be discovered
Risk - This is an exploration mission - Good quantity of 3D seismic carried out at great expense - have the plates moved since 3D carried out? Possibly. Will the drill find out whether we have commercial quantities of oil - We all hope so and the board of directors have taken the best advice as to where to position the first bit. BUT still a risk.
Play nice in the run up to the drill going in - the invitation list is always in flux. Stay safe ;@p
Tiburn...............!
can you quantify in bopd, which poster has grassed (filtered) on the other.............?
"One of them was confirmed by another poster as being paid to post"
All the best (they sit over the desk from each other............. :()
Iking,
cool runnings - entreaty to us all really to filter them.
Ive been there with these types before is all - gets you nowhere
One of them was confirmed by another poster as being paid to post - so will not give up and fan flames, increase blood pressure of real holders for a few quid per squirt of vitriol.
The other one is on the wind up for reasons unknown, but I enjoyed your tactical nuclear response none the less.
They will disappear on the fully expected oil find in Perseverance 1.
Tib
Thank you as always.
I should disengage with said folks.
I will desist which will Homeostatic-ally do me good.
Thank you friend.

Please can we all just filter the obvious trolls - dont engage.
They are man marked by In4cedros in any case and he will call them out as required, he knows all their moves, he is filtered by these trolls, what does that tell you?
We just need to focus on the BPC journey - most here have done their research in spades and know far more than inherited CERP incumbent malcontents who will only look for perceived weakness in an AIM penny share in O&G and not acknowledge actual strengths - therefore no objective and rational argument may be had.
Identifying risks is good, but we know them, thanks awfully.
Back to BPC.
Most incisive statement made in recent times is by Brynjon:
"pay day will be when the drill ship is mobilised and when the drill hits the crust."
