yep ive got my equiniti CERP shares in both accounts i dread to think when the transact ones will be credited
A J Bell all done
Halifax replied “Ok the shares have only come in this afternoon, my colleagues are still processing the event. They hope the shares will be in accounts by tomorrow but can't guarantee the timescale as they have to finish processing the whole event before they can release the shares.“
No @sharegnomie, HL could not honour the CERP shares in lieu of receiving from BPC. They're not a bank.
Starchild,I am not mistaken as I have only forwarded what I was told.I do trade on line and do not have paper certificates.Stach
So we have to wait 2 weeks, that's ridiculous , HL could honor the cerp shares and trade back later. Bpc needs to get off its backside, they new this was coming they planned the merger.
Stach: I think you are mistaken. If using the HL online trading system which uses crest, your BPC shares should show up today or overnight. Let's say worst case as if it is a trade on T2, (2 day settlement) by Wednesday eod. If your shares are paper, it could take 2 weeks.

Just had a long conversation with HL. They do not yet have shares from BPC hence we can not be credited with them into our accounts.I was told it may take two weeks by the time we get them! It is BPC that has not forwarded their MERGED shares to HL and told them that such a lapse time can be expected.I told HL man that it is really unacceptable to us as past CERP holders and detrimental too.We can not trade whilst BPC fellow shareholders are making money.Where is Leo Koot on that? I'm fed up with the lot of thm.Stach
