Probably meaningless, but Tiziana use a financial advisor - Cairn Financial Advisers LLP. These guys are based two doors down from Peterhouse.
Like I said, probably no relevance but thought I'd share.
Absolutely, patience of saints, although the red wine helps!
You are right, it's only valid for up to 12 months.
I'd be worried if it got that far. Been long enough as it is.
What better way to end a week of sunshine than with a belter of an update....fingers crossed!
I have not checked yet but I think at the last AGM that the ability for the company to allot futher shares that we voted yes etc expires in 12 months so things need to conclude before early August if these are being used as part of the transaction or we would need to vote again....
Morning boulders
TILS issued this RNS this morning.

I've been following their bb but there's not much mention or discussion of an rto as a vehicle to spin off stemprinter. However I agree with JRR, Rachelsdad and others - there's common ground and this is a plausible link.
Given the lack of any other news it's the only life raft left for me to cling to.

Here's the thing - I know I'm blue sky thinking.. But why the hell not? We've all come to terms with our BOU investment being written off... So much so that when I consider what I left in at suspension, it shocks me!
But with that said - the link that I've found works on so many levels..
Just to summarise:
Syms background in genomics, life sciences, breast cancer (metastatis).. Direct tie in with Tiziana. Syms would presumably stay on the board of the new company.. Tiziana CEO Cerrone says he wants "specialised expertise" running alongside existing management of Tiziana. Syms provides that. Win/win.
The timescales work. For all of our frustration about suspension and lack of updates.. If stemprinter was always the target, then we were never going to be able to do much until the research papers were published and the evidence was scientifically proven. Cerrone now knows he has a technology 30-50% better than Oncotype DX.
Cerrone said last week he wants a spin out of StemPrintER which is debuting at ASCO today and this weekend.. The current market leader oncotype DX sold for 2.8 billion dollars less than a year ago. Cerrones interview said he wanted a listing on "the London Market". BOU's current status allows a LSE listing much quicker than any other method. A "London listing" also allows Antos to exercise his warrants, as they had to be on a European exchange. Why did Tiziana not want a US listing? Warrants.
Previous BOU company update said we had been looking into an acquisition "for some time" in the biotechnology field. This acquisition comprises a technology for unmet clinical demand for a specific cancer (quite clearly breast cancer) whereby early detection is key to 5 year survival rates. This is unequivocally StemPrintER IMO.
There is a link to the background of tiziana and its scientists/researchers (generally Italian) and Martin Lampshire (NED of a company in Palermo).. Tenuous link I know.. But I'm taking anything I can find!
Syms set up a metsatatis lab at Oxford University some years ago. I find it extremely unlikely that he's not "in the loop" and is quite probably very excited about the potential of StemPrintER.
And finally - Syms has experience of other "spin outs" having successfully span "ANTnano" out of the University of Sunderland onto AIM around ten years ago.
Make of all that what you will.. But I'm excited.
Yawn.....
JPP - The Stars seem aligned there!! Fingers crossed.....
