What is the story here ?
Rumble fish
Take a look at HUR equity just got diluted to own just 5% of the company.
I am not saying it will happen here but it could. for arguements sake if BOR did do a deal and yes it would wipe out equity just like HUR, a fully appraised Darwin which management have also said the drill could be adjusted to test an oil leg, would then be far more attractive for a takeover.
Is it my plan?
Nope it’s just an observation.
Mate there is no incentive to buy here. Just look at HUR. Big oil find a way of making small cap oilers in financial distress capitulate. It’s dilute to oblivion and fund a drill or a couple of mill raised at a discount to pay these dinos for a couple more years
Surely there is a buyer out there somewhere
They should switch from looking at medium cap UK and US company’s to state owned oil companies like
Saudi americo, some of the Indian oil company’s, KNOC, Petronus or even the Chinese
Must find a buyer soooooon...
Rumblefish
Even worse, they could try to raise even more money like
$50,000,000 for an appraisal well
And dilute current shareholders to nothing
Don’t forget the current market capitalization is
$6,000,000
Rumblefish
Big Bear, please don’t tell us this is your master plan.. and the reason you invested in BOR
That you knew this was going to happen (running out of money)
Wake up.....share dilution maybe coming
The next update may say,
“ boulders and southern petroleum have enlisted such brokerages to sell 250,000,00 shares in the company to raise cash for the near future.
This would Entail dilution of the current shareholders by 100%”
In short your shares wouldn’t be worth 0.01p
BUT 0.005p (see the decimal point big bear)
All of this for 2.5 million pounds
Do the math
Rumblefish
Why aren’t BOR
Posting a statement, saying that they’re up for
SALE
Rumblefish
The board has had plenty of time to find a partner
10 years
Company running out of cash
We can’t get diluted
It’s the end game must find a BUYER
No dilution
Rumblefish
The board HAS to find a buyer, and Quickly
Oil at $70 per barrel and going up..for the next two years at least
Have to look at selling the acreage, which includes the commercial information
Rumblefish
Borders in southern must be up for sale,
Running out of cash, The directors have have known of this at least 18 months ago before the statement last month
Oil prices have risen dramatically, unbelievably
And they’re gonna keep going up.
Share placement is out of the question
They must be looking at a buyer
Rumblefish
Phil
Understand today, not 10 years ago
What the board r looking at is crazy for common shares holder’s
We can’t get diluted too zero.........
Rumblefish
The board don’t want to dilute there holdings,
They’ll have to come up with the money themselves
Can’t issue another 6 million pounds worth of shares today at 0.01p
That’s 100%
We as common shareholders would be fuc*ed
3 years paying these guys a 1 million pounds per year
Market cap today 6 million pounds
Isn’t easy mathematics
Rumblefish
Surely the board have these salary’s to pay which is the main stay of expenditure for the company
Why r they looking at a share issue
Why can’t they come UP with the money
PRIVATEly
Ie within the board member’s
I would say 4 million pounds would take us to 2024
By then the whole oil industry would change, large oil and gas companies r looking to invest today
1 or 2 years from now, maybe we could have an offer
For the whole company
Rumblefish
4. Mill just keeps these lot fed an watered. It’s actually useful funds running low as they actually have to do something...
Or when they find a partner,
Convert into into equity plus interest
Then they would really be making Money
Rumblefish
Obviously this would be loan, from the board to
Borders and southern
Rumblefish
BOR need to come up with approximately 4 million pounds
That would take us through 2024 approximately 3years
If the board feel this is is a great asset,
WHY can’t they come up with this.
It’s not that much money,
These guys have plenty
$4 million pounds into the company, they get it back in salary and we as investors will pay interest, at 4%
(Commercial rate of BONDS) which will be deferred for when we find a PARTNER
Please don’t dilute us down to nothing
$4 million gives us 3 years
Oil industry is changing very quickly
