Cash is approx 2 years what about licences ? I’m sure one needs renewing I will look . If they are going to raise money why didn’t they do it at a much higher price . Must be hard for the directors to lose this 5 k a week job I’m sure they will find something to extend for themselves. We had a great chance when oil was a 100 bucks now look at it . To say I’m not happy is a understatement
I think that was a sell as well my 1.25 has been hit my last lot I bought at 1.55 I’m down on already . I have a lot of freebies here . I would say if 1.25 goes under a penny is going to be attacked . I will buy but I need it to firm up
Just to say, the 18K "sell" today was my buy. I don't post much as I am a bit tongue tied by constraints elsewhere. I've been a constant holder since the 60p+ days though I've traded the peaks and bought the troughs. I have a great deal of faith in the asset[s]. Keep the faith, Howards a gud'un. - GeoChem.
Further to the large BOR trade of 4,295,310 shares yesterday, I read a post on another board which might shed some light on this, courtesy of David Black, PANR board. I have bracketed the sections which are PANR-specific. The same principle may also apply to the BOR trade yesterday but it's all a bit of guesswork here.
"That ( 2.4m) trade was both a buy and a sell. If it had been taken by the MMs the shares would have dropped or risen sharply.
So we have sellers (most likely from the placing) but ( 2.4m) shares have gone from their hands to a quiet buyer. The market should nicely tighten on that and all we need is some decent news (and 20p plus will be upon us.)"
Call them They don’t say anything if u we’re to call, but you can state your opinion, in a nice way Expressing that the company has 3.5 years of cash left for just on going expenses What is there plan B
I think we are finally reaching that stage with BOR, most uk speculative stocks are bombed out at present, be it because of global economics or brexit. No one could have predicted the impact of US shale on oil markets in the last 5 years, that said many articles I read are predicting shale may already be peaking, that is the key to oil prices and why I still have confidence there is a future for projects like ours in the medium term. Sealion is the key to getting the FI oiles back in play though, that needs to happen, But I am beginning to wonder if PMO are dragging it out to run RKH out of money and pick them up on the cheap. I keep believing the next 6 months will be key, then the can keeps on getting kicked further down the road, hopefully it will stop one day.
Very sad what has happened here a downward spiral for years .Board might have oil but poorly conduct themselves still no reply from my email . Makes you wonder what they do all day long . If I’m honest we need a new board this lot are a let down.1.25,next if that breaks under a penny will be hit . Very sad for us longs
Well I’ll tell you what it is To raise 7 million Pounds Would require the Board of Directors to sell to private investors or institutional investors at least a number of shares that are in circulation today I don’t know how many shares are in circulation as of today But if they manage to sell all those shares again We as shareholders would be diluted by 100%
Please don’t talk about raising money Through the company selling more shares It just dilute What’s down The market cap full BORS 7 million pounds Just for the Board of Directors to raise another 7 million with dilute us to well can’t do the maths But very low
Been a shareholder over 10 years, before that was a shareholder in dana petroleum and sibir energy Put most of my Gaines In bor Bought just like u guys at 72p...Around about thatAs a share price fell I average down To approximately 29pTo break even Hope something happens the Board of DirectorsSeem like Tough people to negotiate with They have to get a deal and quickly because we have approximately maybe three years left in cash to support just administration costs
I think you’re likely right, Phil, about buying restrictions during ongoing sensitive negotiations. I have seen no evidence of any buying in the last few years from the directors so I must admit I am going into this risky punt with my eyes wide open and have only myself to blame if it goes boots up and I lose my investment. I have a fair amount in but nothing that will destroy me if if fails. It would’ve been nice for them to have bought in the past as cheap as this but it hasn’t happened so unlikely they will now. It just adds to confidence if they do.
Flockton, there are times over the last few years when I would have liked them to buy , but I would see it as a bad sign if they did so now because they are supposed to be in the middle of farm in discussions. My understanding is insider trading would preclude them from buying if discussions are ongoing and they are therefore in possession of information not in the public domain. If they buy before any announcement to me that is an admission that there are no ongoing discussions. I may be wrong and am happy to be corrected, but I dont think I am.
Actually, the LEK spread is also 'grand canyon-esqe' at times too, so maybe fun and games are in order here. It's working in the dark but I like to think those shares which are being kept deliberately off-radar/out of reach are published with enormous spreads. (The actual spread is not quite so vast, still huge).
It makes me want to buy but with the caveat of huge risk attached. Good luck. We could do with some, and this coming from a comparative BOR newcomer.
