Shedit— you are right about opportunity to top up. . ! There is now margin for another 15% return from I think it was Wednesday’s price when it hit 730 ish which happened after the results.
Can’t see what bad news could impact the share price now profit been reached and business is growing .... other than maybe the end of lockdown means people are not at home listening to podcasts which long term will impact Ad revenue - but I am not sure even how realistic/ accurate that point is given the change towards more working from home will continue long after lockdown ends so the popularity of podcasts may continue. (Meaning the effective Advertising that I think Podcasts allow can continue) .
Anyone have any idea on future challenges the company may face further down the road ?
Some long term holders would (I hope) have gotten a good return when the price is around £7 so congrats to them for getting in early and sticking with the company and riding off into the sunset. Others will hold out for more and probably get it. Maybe it was a lot of day traders buying on the ‘news’ and making their small return.
Someone just topped up with half a mil at 650p. Cheeky
told you this was going to happen.... becoming another great opportunity to buy some more
Same here, I sold half my holding but have 2,500 shares effectively foc, have been at a massive loss at time s here so thought I would take some profit here.
Bought more ENET which has a nice rise today, but massive upside.
They say fair value is £10-12 so let’s assume £11. Wonder what the price would be if a good premium and two bidders? I stupidly sold half my 30,000 at £4.20 and bought Card Factory and Kanabo. Wish I had kept them.
I've only 2000 myself, but no way am I selling these beauties. I've made that mistake myself, and also had to buy back in at higher price, I'm convinced there'll be a takeover hopefully by year end ?
I am in this share for the fundamentals and a takeover. The most recent takeover of a similar independent podcaster was at 7 x annual revenue. 7 x currently forecast 2021 BOOM revs equals a share price above £10. As BOOM approaches EBITDA profitbility and its revs continue to increase, so the takeover value increases and the incentive for predators to pounce increases so as to prevent them having to pay even more. I sold at £3 in late Jan and ended up buying back at above £4. Not going to repeat that error. Just my musings. GLA.
Although not held this share long I have found it does fluctuate quite a bit even when things are looking good. Imagine it will happen again after results.
I foolishly was one of those that sold out after the retrace that came after the last big jump. Realising my mistake I bought back in - I certainly wont be selling out early again as it was costly error.
Good luck all
I actually think the opposite and the shares will rise.
The results will be so positive that overall the rise will be quick or quicker than it has been over the last few weeks.
I think we could be at £9 by the following Friday or more; there are so few shares in issue with most people holding out for the higher deserved share price and/or a possible takeover.
The trend is up!
IMHO
DYOR
Shedit, such a shame one has to apologise in advance, for making a comment which one assumes to be against the general opinion. It is the way of the world/internet at the moment. I agree with your idea as many people recently have x2, 3, 4 plus on their initial investment over a short period of time. Irrespective of the long term future, or indeed a buyout, these people will take their profit and invest elsewhere. Nothing wrong with that, and you and I and no doubt others, are going to stay put for the longer term. So yes, maybe some profit takers to cause a slight drop and then the buying will start again. It just depends how desperate you are to trade.
Good luck
Please don't call me doom-sayer, I hold almost 10k of these beauties and have done for many years, so I'm loving the current sustained run.... however, I get the feeling that tomorrows trading update will result in a bit of a sell off with profit taking and stop losses being triggered taking the SP back to the £6 level.
I am holding all my stock until we hit £14 then I shall reconsider
Just before results. More positives to tickle the price to where it should be. This share is starting to work the magic.
