Who are you trying to convince, me or you when you say this board is not for advice but for discussion? I personally wish that was the case but it's people like you who turned this board into a joke.
And you say I don't care if you loose money. ..
No, let's be clear you wrote this, not me but you. This is what you think and what you feel. Please do not project it onto me thank you.
Your entire message just confirms that people who is most vocal about others not being able to compromise or whatever they complain about is usually most guilty themselves of that same crime.
Your whole post and all your actions to date smacks of someone desperate for approval and validation of others and this is just another attempt to justify your actions.
Please follow your own advice first before telling us to follow it.
SFO ?
On what ground.....
Boohoo are totally transforming their practices and a part of that was to tender new audit. Pwc did not want to tender...
They signed off on 2020 accounts.....
Harchris, the fact you can't understand the drop and think it's benign news says more about you than the drop I think!
KK whether you are an optimist or not has absolutely nothing to do as to whether you should accept shorting as a tool when trading. I almost despair at peoples thought processes and reasoning.
wyndrum yes I knew when you were in but thought from our recent exchange re shorting you were having a go. Thanks for clearing. I've still never shorted. My problem is I'm an optimist.
KK I am not in Boo and haven't been for some time. (I was all out at 372p) I had a very small chart inspired trade and got out with a 3p hit on my trade but as the story has developed all I have said and urged is people not to buy in this febrile environment. The problem is it will swing dramatically and the temptation will be to get on board with it, but its a mugs game to do that. Sure, some might "win" but the majority wont and the winners will only have been lucky because they have no idea where this is going.
The downside is starting to increase. If the SFO get called in there will be further drops and if anyone here thinks all the influencers are going to just carry with boo you are frankly mad. Their PR teams will drop boo a whole lot quicker than Pcw did.
None of this may happen, but why with all the stocks to everyone do you want to risk it on these unknowns?
I think there is a lot of delusional thinking that because some have followed boo for some time they "know" the company, somehow they have a bit more info than most. Well they don't.
The emotional and egotistical attachment to the stock is losing them money. ("i'm right, the markets wrong")
Good luck with that.
These boards are not about advice. It is for discussion.
If you follow the advice of a total stranger then you really are in trouble!
Ill reiterate as I have MANY times:
- I DON'T care if you make or loose money.
- You DON'T care if I make or loose money.
- We are all strangers on here and we only care if we make money & don’t care about others fortunes.
- People ramp because they are invested and want to make money so push all positives.
- People de ramp as they short the stock or want a lower entry point by spreading fear, uncertainty & doubt.
Let the fundamentals do the talking & Do your OWN research.
It’s YOUR money YOU invest to make YOUR gains & I'll do the SAME!
We are all adults so ignore anything you think is junk on here as it probably is in the self serving interests of the poster. How we invest is our own business. Buy when YOU want to buy and sell when YOU want to sell. No stranger is telling me how to invest & shouldn’t tell you either.
The old adage - if somebody tells you to go walk off a cliff ...
Oh & this BB makes zip all difference to the Share Price! You are deluded if you think it does.
never thought I'd get the opportunity to buy in again at these levels. Absolute no brainer. Fill your boots. The fundamentals of this company have not changed, despite all the noise. Be fearful when others are greedy. And greedy when others are fearful.
Bad news happened in March and July, but look what happened... Boom! Boom!
Still not convinced about buying back in. There's too much bad news around BOO, even though it might not be all their fault.
Me too, although there is 100% upside @ 200 with BOO,
When is your planned exit wyndrum?
I wont be surprised Auditors may stay just need to increase their cost...
Guys you can’t ignore the poster who came on here last weekend effectively warning everyone it’s about to kick off all of a sudden.
Perhaps he had inside knowledge on the auditors and was only out by a day or so with the news, why do I get the feeling there is more to come ?! Shambles
KK, quite how you think shorters are going to get their fingers burnt after the rapid fall in the SP is quite something. They have plans to get out and secure their profits, they are not as amateur as most on this board are in their planning and decision making.
Thats why I loaded up ASOS from 4500 last week
Yep when ASOS was down lot use to do same... beat them when down... When bounce will come ALL these negative will be gone... For me done good as got cheap shares...
There will be a SHARP reversal but I don't expect it yet, I don't expect it today, tomorrow or even this week. Still can't quite believe how exaggerated this drop is off relatively benign news.
Yep this will be like the last run when shorters got burnt. 1 RNS now on new auditor or director buys and up in flames they go quite rapidly. Reminds me of the ASOS shorters who got flamethrowered a while back. Time is rapidly running out to close those shorts.
I sense a tidal wave of buys building up. This is bloody exciting. Haven't had a ride like this since Jenny thingy in the noughties.
