Found this on line (Financial Markets)
Bye Bye Bonhill (LON: BONH) down 30% - death of a company by euthanasia (google)
Be carful here! A ridiculous spread and your down 50% the second you buy!
There is a reason it's so low now because the payment date for shareholders to receive a payment once the company finally delists has passed .
It's very complicated to explain BUT do some research before buying here and to trade with a spread of 166% [50% actual] will be impossible
Like PURP and UBG you have been warned
The most half a rsed RNS to report final results ever!!
They clearly don't give a toss
Onwards etc.
2022 has started positively with forward bookings up 5% (£0.4m) year on year, which is mainly due to the strong return of live events, including the annual Women in IT Awards UK and the successful launch of a new Thematics Congress for fund selectors in London. While the Company is seeing some weakness in media, due mainly to the current geopolitical uncertainty and inflationary concerns, group revenues of approximately £3.3m in Q1 2022 are in line with the Board's expectations and up 10% on the same period in 2021.
The Group has forward bookings equivalent to 45% of its 2022 revenue target.
This should re gain a sensible sp tomorrow. Gla. A covid recovery stock. And little to no shares available. Gla.
Ahem, care to reconsider that view? (ShareChampion rates it a Bonkers Bargain, which drew my attention. Bonkers? Maybe. Not sure about Bargain, but I hope they are right.
I decided not to put money in because the market capitalisation is so tiny. This exaggerates movements in sp, and the spread is 5%.
Lowest ask now showcasing @ 17p.
Not much showing as available, either at that or the next price steps above.
Looking good for BONH.
Full ask of 15p been paid - a sizable buy that ...80k shares.
Looks like we're seeing some continuing decent upward movement.
@Hamodeh
Re-rate, really?
Or did you mean re-rating downwards, as they are down 12.5% from your random prediction ?
Re-rate is in progress
sorr, all puff & no subtance
daltry
Please refer to my post on 22 January.
They puff, that is what they do for a living & that is what this RNS is, all puu & no substance....
Today's RNS.
Was it supposed to be:-
1. Positive?
2. Negative ?
3. A load of rubbish hot air?
Some of the air has gone out of the balloon. But volumes are very low.
Malafuster
And being a media company in the financial news space they certainly will know how to arrange a good puff.....
I saw one similar by them at a vct agm in which they held some, again all puff but no substance (their shares were a lot higher then as well !)
Buying frenzy (sparked by Investors Champion inclusion in Bonkers Bargains puff?) over? I’m waiting a few days

Good Army man, Stillwell.
He adapts to the new circumstances and provides good leadership.
The major concern I have with this share is the cash burn rate (1.9m left in August) and the last raise at 5p was to meet costs for 4th Quarter....!!!???
real spread is 10.5 - 11.4 atm but clearly they dont hold much stock hence the quoted spread
Bid 10p - Offer 12p......A 20% spread? How can one buy at this spread ?
14 mins in....https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=Y0GlfIdF4EQ
Big institutional/fund buys going in?....Obviously a joke ..... I'd hate to see big sells?
