We should have pickled him in a cabinet in the Kabwe Museum of Mining.
Forgive and forget guys. No matter what’s coming just support it because... reasons
What could possibly go wrong?
Never blame the person who has been in charge for the last 6 years. Get angry at JLP/Bird/Leon for doing what any other right minded business would do given the opportunity to take a $2b asset without ever putting pen to paper or committing to any fixed dates and targets for returns on the Royalty you had dangled as a sweetener.
The person in charge For last 6ish years has shown time and time again that they’re to be trusted when it comes to acting in interest of shareholders - why would this next update not be totally worth backing blind? You have no choice if you don’t Borrelli will cry again about mean shareholders giving him a totally undeserved hard time and he might leave. If he leaves the co. is liquidated, if you try and remove and put someone in his place then that would be a takeover obviously, even though when Alikhani left and Borrelli took over that wasn’t classed as a takeover.
He tweets on average once every six months what more do you you guys want? Give him a break we’ve only been delisted 2 years.
Oh no, my hatred is spilling over. What’s wrong with me? Why don’t I just behave like an obsequious shill and pivot every time to support the co. like it’s a football team. At least if this was a football team the fans wouldn’t have put up with the ‘managers’ performance.
Honestly a cardboard cut out with a knotted handkerchief thrown on top of the head with sound board loaded with mealy mouthed generic borrelli statements would have been more effective in the last 6ish years.
3card but that person will move on once we relist. Nothing can be done about the past. If there was a way to investigate the lot of them then i would be first in the queue with money. Dont forget jeremy hawke the man that dragged us down and failed intentionally not to carryout legal admin for a mining company in zambia. Dont forget the 60/40 split was a good deal for bmr. Dont forget that jubilee proceeded to crush bmr as our position was weakened. Bringmyreward does not know half the story. I want a viable fiuture in a AIM company.
I hear what you say fellowship. We'd all love to move on. Problem is that the person who has lost us everything is still dug in the bunker.. how can we put it all behind us knowing he is still there. Unfortunately I don't have a £5m house and millions of shares in other companies, made at the expense of poor ordinary sods like me.
Well lets see who is right. Jubilee have to be in support of the new relisting . Lets see if the watch do jubilees dirty work again
Unfortunately, many shareholders have given up. I've not given up. If I'd given up hope of getting any money back, I would have moved on from the Watch and BMR by now.
You don't have to listen to us. You're no longer in the Watch so you can continue supporting Borrelli and his plans. I'm not driven my hatred, I'm driven by hope of salvaging something from this mess. I don't see Borrelli being able to reverse what he's done, so I guess it's up to shareholders to try.
Its not a case of supporting but there you go again full of hatred. Its a case of getting something back for shareholders. Its been said from certain committee members you gave up getting anything back. Well ive never gave up. We need to move on get a good deal relisting so i never have to listen to the watch again.
Of course we're harping on about it. Borrelli lost shareholder's money to scammers (ACI). We needed a finance deal to fund the plant build, whether we partnered up or not. If we had a few million in the bank, perhaps JLP wouldn't have been in a position to taken advantage of the situation.
It's hard to forget about the past when shareholders have lost thousands at the hands of Borrelli and the sheer incompetence and mismanagement by the Directors. You keep supporting them if you want, but it's not going to help you get your money back.
Its been years since aci debacle and your still harping on about it. Thats the problem with the watch committee its full of hatred and anger. I have more reason than you to be angry but i choose to work towards a future. You choose to harp on about the past then we are supposed to trust you in putting forward 3 committee members on the board who are clueless and would constitute a takeover pmsl
3card, yeah good point. I bet ACI and past litigations have been swept under the carpet. At one point JLP had mentioned they were helping in trying to recover funds from ACI. Talk about falling for a classic African con "Send money to receive more money in return" - These are the type of idiots we trusted with our money.
Are you sure the deal is done? Here's me thinking it would need to be put to a shareholder vote. There's always a plan b...
You will have to wait as me to the listed company. Im not interested in the past. It clouds your judgement going forward as i have witnessed in the watch. The listed company must have a viable future, something shareholders can get on board with. As i said the deal is done. No plan B just closure.
Typo "suing "
Bring, not to mention that old chestnut about recovery of ACI fees and more to come from using past advisors
Fellowship, what plan are we actually on now? We’ve had…
A) Use ACI funds to build a plant
B) JV with JLP - split profits 60/40
C) Hive down Royalty to sell in a few years
D) Copper JV with Revelo and listing
E) looking at exploration opportunities with a view to re-list
F) ???
Plan F… Is that ‘F’ for ‘FAIL’
Since you seem to know all about the plan, maybe you can tell us which AIM listed Co it is… Is it JLP, or GGP? lol
Borrelli has tweeted in attempt to stop the countless messages from bmr shareholders. His and jubilees email must be choked up with bmr shareholder messages. Keep it going do not stop just because he says imminent. The deal is done and borrelli will leave and bmr will be wound up. Thats it i hope the deal will be give us hope. Aim listed company with a future. A fair price for the royalty and fair distribution of shares
Valencia. Agree 100% with your post except for the last line. I can't bring myself to find anything whatsoever amusing in it.
What really racks me off is the lack of explanation about anything and the complete lack of contrition on his part for the pile of xxxxx over which he presides. I have zero respect for him as a person and a director of our company .
In my mind he's basically taking the p*** out of shareholders - his tweet is nothing but a sarcastic reply to the letters/emails he has received.
I'm expecting nothing in the way of an announcement, personally, yet some still fawn to him and thank him.
It's almost amusing.
