New member? Who were you previously?
Rosewall i agree with you. Jubilee saved bmr from going under. Bmr shareholders are kidding themselves on. Was it not the case the govt had revoked there licenses
Really?
Unless BMR shareholders get something decent out of this then you can hardly say JLP have rescued us.
2 years since suspension and we (the BMR shareholders)still don't know where we stand.....
Without JLP there would be no BMR. You were on your knees, in dire straits, when JLP came along.
JLP exchanged very little cash in order to obtain their 29% of shares in issue. In return they have pretty much complete control of Kabwe. If the co. (BMR) liquidated given that they would then take full control of Kabwe I don’t see how they could view losing their 29% holding as a real relative loss in the grand scheme of the money they could make at Kabwe. They’ve already made clear they are very, very bullish on Kabwe, I’ve not seen the hyperbolic type statements exactly but I’ve heard other suggest once it’s up and running Kabwe could be a co. maker, for JLP. So if all pans out for JLP at Kabwe I just don’t see why they would even slightly concern themselves with their BMR holding being worth nothing. Yes, I’m sure they would like to be able to sell it and make some money back but given what they have going on I don’t think it’s a priority.
Borrelli has put shareholders in this uncertain position by failing to ensure any official legal agreements were in place or strict timescales put in place with JLP before allowing them to take over the project at Kabwe. The SML licence comes up for renewal in October 2020, JLP have the option to acquire 100% EML until August 2020 (we could extend I suppose we probably would as well) Everything is being cut very fine and BMR are no doubt running very low on cash at this point, I’m sure CB is more than aware. Unless the claims against former auditors and similar are still bearing fruit (and keeping Borrelli and co. in suits, slick backs and bouffants) without us being informed cash must be very low.
Depends on when JLP wants to realise their loss on BMR shares. It is bad for us small investors with the view of 0.5p but they own a lot more,29%
They will need any write down this loss or to wait till their other profits more than balance out the loss, or give BMR a good deal on the royalty to keep the share price up
Their share price is the major driver
Just an idea for the delay
Having a laugh! It is not JLP's intentions you should worry about, worry about the snake in your own garden.
Ps. Had any cosy telephone chats with your pal lately?
The situation doesn’t look good to me. Whilst we wait for JLP to sort out their end of the deal, we are in a vulnerable position. I have to question whether BMR/JLP are doing this on purpose now.
We need and deserve to find out what’s going on with Kabwe and the Royalty. My concern is that JLP’s intentions are insidious at best.
My last conversation with AB .......We have never been in a better position. REALLY. WTF are you doing, squandering the last remnants of cash from BMR .
Been waiting patiently since 2011. Think that's patient enough.
Seriously though I'm not sure our future is entirely in JLP's hands. I am fairly certain I will make lots of money from my JLP shares but even if that happens, I'm not at all certain I'll make ANY money from my BMR shares.
Good luck though

Bring,
A little patience please, JLP are busy becoming successful :-)
Seriously though, JLP holders are on tenterhooks too. We are bursting to see Kabwe come online.
A Friday 13th GM would be very fitting for this horror story! Something is stirring behind the scenes... these Lawyers must be costing a fortune. It's about time they delivered the goods instead of stringing us along.
Bring, he’ll probably leave it until the following week, Friday the 13th, at least I’ll be able to take a chainsaw ??
"I'm convinced they will be the death of BMR as a Company. " Hilarious.
BMR killed itself, end of and period.
If Mr Coetzer and Mr Bird were to turn up, I think they would get a frosty reception. It would get much warmer if they turned up with a big cheque book though...
I believe AB was looking to hold the General Meeting on the same day as JLP's AGM (6th December). From what I can gather, you have to give at least 2 weeks notice for the meeting, and I know he wanted to give instruction to the printers on Thursday to send Circulars out on Friday. Perhaps the intent was so Leon and Colin could attend BMR's GM?
However, I don't know if the Circulars were printed, because JLP were supposed to add certain information in and they still hadn't done it, and the deadline for the printers was looming. As always, we are waiting on JLP to sort things from their end. I'm convinced they will be the death of BMR as a Company. Better start contacting the Lawyers...
What's that noise? Oh don't worry it's just the deafening sound of silence coming from Borrikhani's cakehole.
Absolute f*****g disgrace this.
Borrellikani seems to have abdicated all responsibility for the carnage he has brought to shareholders investments.
He can continue shrugging his shoulders and drawing a salary until every last penny has been bled out.
Utter disgrace of a specimen.
Alex needs to go share holder value and imminently sick of listening to his rubbish with share holders left in the dark makes me angry
Bracey, you won't get a reply. AB went to ground ages ago.
Next step will be an announcement at some time in the future out of the blue.
From that announcement, we will know if we have any sort of a future here or whether we have finally been well and truly shafted. It's not in our hands.
Hi have emailed Alex for any updates no reply as usual tried calling not in office message you get from a lady answering.Does any one know if JLP have started any work at Kabwe as doesn’t seem like any news flowing?
